The Presidents Walk and Southard Court community is located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located less than a half mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Presidents Walk properties are two level townhouses which have private courtyards on the first level and balconies on the second level. Good. Location

Nice place, needs some TLC. Replacing toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap was a little ridiculous. I have never stayed anyplace that does that.

We loved our stay at Archipelago 1. It was in such a convenient location. The Truman annex is so beautiful. The condo was so clean and equipped with everything we needed. Will use Compass Realty again they were very friendly.

Key West II

We were trying to re-create a favorite vacation with our now grown daughters to Key West. It couldn’t have been better! Archipelago I did not disappoint-everything was as advertised and the location was within walking distance to all of the local attractions. The fact that our unit was just steps from the pool was a wonderful bonus!

We love it.

We arrived after four o’clock and could not find the address and gate was closed. We have to drive around to get the keys. The TV in one of the bedrooms was not working. But for us was perfect we do not used Tv in the rooms

Great location, LOVED the Sandbar Sports Grill, we were there for the Stanley cup and NBA finals since the TVs in this house didn't work. Other than the TVs not working, it was great!

Cute rental! Great value for the price & super location!

Really enjoyed our stay! Only negative thing was the adjoining door to the next door unit. Door was paper thin and extremely loud group was staying Nextdoor!
