The staff in the restaurant were exceptional and attentive as was the food value. I wish the hotel were closer to the downtown district or had 2 shuttles so that we could return to the hotel sooner than every hour, but that might be impractical.

Great place for your vacation in Key West. They have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the airport. Plus there is a bus that takes you to Old Town every hour from morning until late night. It picks up every hour too. And they have a bus that takes you to the beach. So you can easily get around without having to rent a car. The rooms are nice and the pool is too. We would definitely stay there again if we were going to Key West. Definitely family friendly. Being away from Old Town you will not have to worry about late night parties or loud noises.

The staff was nice and helpful.The shuttle to town was great and the drivers were nice. What wasn’t good was Hilton says it a smoke free hotel. When we went to the bar people were smoking cigars and cigaretttes.A person below our room was smoking marijuana.this is not acceptable.You could even smell the smoke from the bar by the pool.This is not what expect from Hilton Hotels.

Our Birthday Club recently stayed at the resort while in town celebrating our Sister Audrey's 60th Birthday. The resort staff were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk team were helpful, the shuttle drivers were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we got to our destinations, the pool area was beautiful, we felt like we were on a resort in the Caribbean. The bar staff were nice and fun and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of variety. The wait staff were super nice and attentive. I almost forgot, the famous warm cookies did not disappoint!! Lastly, our balcony with the pool view was spacious, had a ceiling fan and provided a great view of the resort courtyard and pool. Overall, our stay was great. We would recommend this resort to others.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly and everything was kept up so nice. There's a nice restaurant with many choices, nice little convenience store and a tram that takes you to the airport or down to Duval Street every hour. There's also a tram that will take you to the beach and that's all included in your stay. Concierge service was delightful and trying to accommodate you to make sure you have the best time during your vacation. There are all kinds of bikes and golf carts and scooters that you can rent right on the property or they will bring them to you. It was nice being down at the quiet end of the island and going down to Duval Street when you wanted some unique food or shopping experiences. I will definitely return again.
