Rooms are run-down for a Fairfield. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service to old town/Key West was great - though service stopped at 10:30 pm. Pool was very nice - saltwater.

Nice place to stay. Wish had shuttle to and from airport. Did have shuttle to tourist area. Staff could have encouraged scenic trolley before any other sightseeing adventures.

The check in was smooth. The 2 suite were clean. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. One woman did not speak English and the went out of her way to help me. She was a bright spot in our stay. Truly was a great experience.

We stayed one night at the Fairfield Inn and it was fine. The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms are dated but have everything you need. It's a good location but also close to the road. I don't think I would stay here again but it was a last minute booking to spend one more night in KW.

After spending 12 exhausting hours at the airport and dealing with two canceled flights, we had to secure a room at the last minute. We’re so grateful we chose Fairfield by Marriott. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine compassion for what we had been through. Zsofia provided us with a beautiful room that was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — especially the mattresses, which we truly appreciated after such a long day. She even arranged a taxi for us the following morning. About 30 minutes after we checked in, she thoughtfully texted to make sure everything met our expectations. Although our stay was only about six hours, it was a wonderful experience. The next morning, we walked past the pool area, which was absolutely beautiful. Joaquin kindly saw us off, and when I later texted him with a question, he responded in less than ten minutes. I would not hesitate for a second to return to this hotel.

Room was clean, loved the breakfast and free shuttle to and from downtown. Gym was also very nice with water right there. Wish it was warm enough to take advantage of the pool and outside bar. Only thing I missed was 24 hour coffee/hot water in the lobby. There were coffee machines in the room but I prefer not to use them.
