So quaint and perfect location. The daily breakfast was good and we always had fresh towels and a clean room. Being so close to Duvall street was awesome. There is no free parking anywhere so we just walked everywhere.

Not really complaining, but the hot water was not really hot, the bath exhaust fan didn't work, the tv was at a bad angle to watch in bed. But a real nice location to everything. Nice breakfast, quiet street, no car needed. Will definitely be coming back.

The location was great. The room was nice, very large and a nice little balcony. It was a little worn, though, which I didn't expect at this price point. The breakfast was nothing special, exactly the same each day and very basic.

We weren’t able to stay because the Ferry express to Key West canceled due to weather (circumstances beyond our control) and the hotel did not have availability. The process to try and change the dates was horrible as the Heron House never answered their phones and Expedia was not helpful.

The room had mold on the ceilings, the tiles were cracked, the sheets were stained, cigarette ashes on the floor, shower had broken tiles. We had another guest use their key to get in our room on accident because the key to his room worked on ours. The hot breakfast was disorganized and never ready, and the people working the breakfast were slightly rude. The guy at the front desk also took a deposit for the room for $150 and never refunded it back, as if the room could have been any worse than what we walked into. We are not a bunch of kids partying. We don’t drink or smoke. We are respectful, quiet, and clean. The over all experience here was terrible.

We stayed in room 2. Clean room but dated fixtures, AC. Office says open until 5 but gone before that. We left 2 jackets in the closet by mistake and tried calling, emailing, leaving voicemail and no one bothers to answer the phone, respond to voicemails or emails. Some type of reply would be the professional thing to do. Wont be staying here again
