We loved this little house! Great location, plenty of space, nicely decorated, everything we needed and more! The hosts were great, very responsive. Check-in and out was super easy. We would stay here again!

Awesome cottage and location, the front porch was perfect for people watching! The communication with the host was seamless, the cottage was perfect for our needs. Onsite parking was a great perk! Highly recommended.

Perfect house, perfect location!

Great house in a very desirable location! We walked almost everywhere. Caught a few Ubers over the week and golf cart rides. They have a shopping service available. They provide a personal shopper to shop for your groceries and have your house pre-stocked. Audrey, our personal shopper, was awesome! I highly recommend this service! We did not rent a car so this was a huge help!

We stayed 3 nights at this location perfectly situated near the Southernmost Point on Duval Street. The house was nice and as advertised. We were pleased with the communication, location, cleanliness, etc. I would recommend this property for Key West. Property was close to most attractions and within walking distance to Mallory Square.

Conveniently located with two suites

The home is as advertised. We enjoyed having two bedroom suites. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to most things. As mentioned in other reviews, the home is at the intersection of two busy streets so you will hear the traffic especially in the front bedroom.

Best of the best

We walked everywhere except for the occasional time when needing to get somewhere quickly. The first thing we all noticed was cleanliness the minute we walked in the cottage. We enjoyed sitting out front on the porch anytime of day. The back patio was great for relaxing with a glass of wine. I have never unpacked my suitcase when away from home. This was the first time I wanted to and did unpack.

Great location, a little noisy

Located close to southernmost point, therefore a lot of foot traffic and car traffic all day and into the night. The roosters start crowing very early in the morning. The back courtyard was nice but only had three chairs for four people. The floors inside were a little dirty and the dishwasher did not work. There was coffee but could have used some salt and pepper. But the location was great and the weather was perfect and we all enjoyed our time in Key West

Location was great for attending all the events. Duval street can have a lot of activity during the festival but the location outweighed any noise issues.

Cockadoodle Cottage

The cottage was immaculate. The washer and drier were needed and glad we had it..The location is great..also when you don’t want to walk , a cab is cheaper than Uber and renting carts.. the people are amazing. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. If you want parasailing, the Fury is great and ask for Captain Scotty. If you want to fish, use Fishmonster and for light tackle request Ken..Absolutely the best vacation we enjoyed in a long time. Will definitely do again when able!

Awesome Location and wonderful place!

Celebrated our 30th Anniversary here and it was amazing. Location was perfect, place has a great charm, super clean and the amenities were spot on. Plus bonus, we never drove our car once. Worth every penny!

Loved the location and enjoyed our stay. We had a great time. Enjoyed the decor and front bedroom. Shower was good and plenty of hot water. We were kept well informed by the management company. Did want to share feedback about the back bedroom. The bathtub was high and was difficult to get out of. It would be good to add a hand rail to make it easier to get out. Feel free to call, if you want some additional information.

Great location

Loved the location and the property. Management was excellent and when we needed service was quick. The place was cute and clean and in a perfect spot. Loved hanging out on the front and back porch. Everything we needed for kitchen. Only two items that need work and that would be the front bedroom bed which sagged with the weight of my son-in-law law and daughter who are very fit 250 and 150 pound gym rats. They slept good but they rolled to the center of the bed. Just an easy fix I would think. The other is to replace the shower head and sink spigot head as I think they may be clogged as pressure was very low but again an easy fix and we didn’t mind living with that as the front shower head was replaced and was perfect after that. We had the best time and would definitely go back. The location and parking was awesome. A beautiful little cottage and access to everywhere. Thank you so much!

Conveniently located

Nice stay. Location was great on the quiet end of Duval. Nice restaurants nearby - we really enjoyed Frenchie’s on United. Everything is walking distance but we did drive to Fort Zachary Taylor beach. It was our favorite beach during our stay. The cottage is dated but cute. 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom in each. I didn’t use the shower in the main because the water pressure was not great. The washer and dryer came in handy for the beach towels, which were provided. There is one assigned parking space for the cottage, which was super convenient. Traffic noise and roosters crowing didn’t bother us, and you can’t expect anything less if you’re staying right on Duval. For a bit of added color, there is a “gentlemen’s club” a few doors down on Duval but we (or at least, I) never saw or heard anything untoward. Right down the street from the butterfly conservatory. Relaxing vacation and would stay here again. (We did not communicate with the property manager during our stay so that should have been N/A but that’s not an option. I assume they would have been responsive but this didn’t apply to us. A welcome packet with all of necessary details was emailed prior to our trip).

Perfect location for relaxing stay

The place exceeded my expectations. The two bedrooms, separated by the kitchen was perfect for us. The front porch with rockers and the private patio were just what we needed for our relaxing visit to the island.

Fabulous

This property exceeded all expectations. The location was fabulous especially if you want to shop, eat and have great drinks. I recommend doing hop on hop off trolley to get your bearings. One word of warning is Duval can be pretty noisy even with a noise ordinance. The front bedroom will get the brunt of it. The front porch is so much fun for people watching and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.
