Great location, nice quiet area

We had a great time. The home was exactly as pictured and very clean, with plenty of supplies. Location was great and we felt safe within the gated community. Would definitely stay here again. Would be great if bikes were included, we had to rent bikes, that is my only suggestion!

Salty Kisses is a great location for Key West Beach, History, and Dining Fun!

Our teenaged grandchildren and their parents enjoyed the easy walk or bike ride to the beach, diverse dining, and historic landmarks from Salty Kisses. The supply of beach towels and bath towels made it easy to enjoy our stay. Communication was great both before and during the trip. We hope to return soon!

Vacation Paradise!

The home was beautiful and spotless! We utilized the beach chairs and ventured to Fort Zachary Beach which was stunning. Pool has friendly guests who also love staying in Truman Annex. Location is perfect for walking to many of the local favorites! Property manager was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

We had a wonderful time in Key West. Location of the condo was great. Condo was well decorated and very clean. The only issue we had which we knew going in was the fact it was 2 stories. We really need everything on one floor.

Perfect vacation

It was a perfect location to everything we wanted to do. The pool was convenient and kept the younger ones entertained. We loved that most things were within walking distance and when it wasn't the Duval loop got us where we wanted to go for free. Definitely a perfect location and the unit was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Check in was a breeze and communication was great! Thanks for a great stay

It’s ideal for groups

The location is amazing. The neighborhood is safe. The property manager was very attentive. The house was spotless. My friends and I have stayed here in the past and will definitely be back. 1 tiny complaint, all the beds in the house are pretty hard. Other then that our stay was wonderful.

Great location

Location was wonderful. The state park is the best beach on the island. Condo is close to fun attractions. The condo was clean and comfortable could DEFINITELY USE NEW PILLOWS!! The pool is definitely smaller than it looks in the pictures and it’s fair to note this is one of the few units without a balcony off the second bedroom. I mention this bc we were charged more for the 1/2 bath but in all fairness without the second balcony it’s not worth it. Both the patio and master bedroom balcony face the parking carports so there’s NOTHING TO LOOK AT when out there and the ac unit is right there so it’s very loud. Neighbors were very very loud, had there been a balcony off the second bedroom, like other units, we could have at least gone to that balcony to sit outside. The front patio is really cramped so that second balcony would have been nice. Overall nice condo but I wouldn’t spend the extra next time.

Couples get away

We love the Truman Annex location. We've stayed at many different condos since 2012 . This is our first time staying in this condo. Very clean and comfortable the property manager is very prompt with any questions and helpful. We will definitely look at renting this condo for future visits. I would like to mention the reviews about the beds being uncomfortable. The four of us didn't feel the beds was hard or uncomfortable. So don't let those reviews detour you from this condo . It's a great condo all the way around.

Very nice!

The condo was very nice. It was stocked with everything we needed. Great location. We were able to walk to Duval Street very easily. The only complaint I have is that the Queen bed needs a new mattress. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Communication

First and foremost, the property manager was very good. There was consist communication with cleat check in instructions and check out. He provided us with area details and checked to see if we should need anything during our stay. The property was in a wonderful location. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean. My only complaint was that the beds were hard. All in all, it was a great rental property.

Perfect!!

Everything about this was perfect. Location is great. Having a parking spot right at the rear of unit was a huge plus. Communication with property manager was a breeze (and he even got us in early!) Unit was super clean, updated and well stocked. Having the concierge service was definitely an added plus

Great location

The location is perfect. We could walk to everything. The property manager was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up and we took advantage of the concierge services for dinner suggestions and booking a jet ski tour. Only complaints are that the beds are not very comfortable and every time my husband would move the whole bed moved. Be sure to bring shower soap and toiletries as the only thing provided is a small hotel size bar of soap. Aside from the beds not being the best, we had a great stay here.

Wonderful Overall

The property is in the perfect location with easy covered parking and a pool that feels private even though it’s shared. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go from Duval to Mallory Square to the splash pad and Ft Zachary beach. The townhouse was clean and cheerful with all the amenities provided. The only negative I have is that the beds were really hard and made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the townhouse was very comfortable. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and come back again!

Pleasant stay

Lovely condo. Beds were a little too firm but have had that experience many times in that area. All art had been removed from walls due to condo just being sold, so wasn't as in pictures but was informed this would be case on day of arrival. Pool is small for amount of people, but location to beach is great for swimming. Always enjoy Key West.
