The Island Suite at KW Vacation

The Island Suite is part of a historic Key West property built around 1889. Suite #16 is located on the first floor at the rear of the 411 William Street building. The Island Suite has one of the premiere locations in Old Town, Key West with lively Duval Street just 3 blocks away and the neighborhood boasting some of the finest older homes in Key West.

The private suite has its own entryway. Once inside, it is divided to include the bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The living area is equipped with a full kitchen. The suite includes a private covered porch and access to the hotel pool which is located just opposite the entryway. The property is a lush tropical setting with palm trees, winding paths and courtyards to relax in. It is a true Key West experience.

Check In and Check Out:
Check in is at 3:00 pm. Check out is by 11:00 am.
In addition, all guests will have access to the hotel grounds for the day.

Island suite 16 is located on the first floor at the rear of the 411 William street building.
The access code for the Island Suite 16 will be provided to you on the day of you check in.

The Island Suite 16 is located at Island City House 411 William St, but is privately owned and not affiliated with Island City House Property Management.

We are a privately owned suite located at 411 William St. Key West. We are not run by the Island City House management group. You can come directly to us for any questions or concerns instead of the Island City House front office.

The Island Suite has one of the premiere locations in Old Town, Key West. This block of William Street boasts some of the finest older homes in Key West including the B.P. Roberts House across the street. He's the one with headstone in our cemetery that reads "I TOLD YOU I WAS SICK". The Historic Key West Seaport is a short two block walk to the north. Duval Street is three blocks to the west. And there are numerous great restaurants and specialty food shops like the Eaton Street Seafood Market in the neighborhood. This place is full of historic charm and in the perfect location.

Awesome place to stay. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Parking is of course NOT easy in key West. We managed to snag a spot a block away, and never moved the car. But we knew about that up front, so no complaints, just stating a fact. Bed was comfy, water was hot and plentiful. The Garden area in the hotel complex was so cool. Really a nice quite place to stay, yet close enough to the action on Duval.

We loved our stay!! The house was clean, well stocked and the perfect place for my husband my son and I. We loved how close we were to Duval Street. We enjoyed the private patio every evening. We will return someday!

Tropical Paradise

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much! The suite was clean and had everything we needed. Very much as described. The real gem of this place is the tropical courtyard, a lovely place to relax with a drink or a good book. We didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked very nice. The location is within walking distance of many of the Key West hot spots. We loved our time in Key West!

Mini Paradise

Key West is a very busy fun place to visit, but if you take just a short walk away from the night life, you will find this piece of Key West paradise. So quiet, and the grounds were absolutely stunning. Wonderful place to relax, and we loved meeting Bert the cat! We will for sure stay here again as Vlad was super helpful and you can tell he really cares about wanting people to enjoy their stay.

Lovely place!!! Rooms are charming. Amenities are perfect. (Love the filtered water and quality coffee.) The surrounding tropical gardens with water features and mood lights were like a private paradise. Hoping to stay there again in the future.

Lovely, Private Suite

The property is beautiful and conveniently located to many attractions. Duval St is a four-block walk and the Marina is a couple blocks walk. Everything else is an easy ride by uber or cab, which are readily available. My husband and I were in town for our son's wedding at the Truman's Little White House. Our Suite #16 was clean, well stocked, with a comfortable bed. Nice amenities with everything we needed, including a water filtration system to stay hydrated. Vlad, the manager, was excellent and responsive. The property is very well maintained. Great place for a couple. We stayed 6 nights, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Love the fact that the location is in the middle of everything. Walking distance to everything. Washer & dryer are next to pool area, which was nice, $1.75 per wash & dry. Hang at the pool while you do laundry. Parking is not that easy (street parking) came home late couple of time and was hard finding. Second bed is a pull-out couch in the kitchen which we didn't like that, no privacy. Bedroom has no door no privacy. To cook they only had one pan so we couldn't do much with that. No toaster, so a couple of things they should update/ improve. Great location other than that
