Booked a room for ADA and none available but told I could use a shower chair. Got there, no chairs. Went to room my 86 yr old mother fell to the floor trying to sit on a toilet that was the height of a potty chair. I checked out immediately and went to another hotel. Was told later via text they had height extension for toilet yet no one offered it. I would not recommend this hotel if over 60 yrs old

On the morning of check out we had the nicest visit with one of your staff members that runs a Raptor Rehabilitation Center. He was such a delight - visiting with many of the guests during breakfast hours.
