I had reserved a 2-queen room six months in advance, but when I arrived, there were no such rooms available, so I was given a 1-king room and had to switch to a 2-queen room the next day. The sofa bed in the 1-king room had a very poor mattress, and it was impossible to sleep on it. After skiing, I returned to the room around 3:00 PM and found that it had not been cleaned. I requested housekeeping at the front desk, but no one came by 4:30 PM, so I contacted the front desk again. At that point, someone who identified themselves as the general manager said that housekeeping only needed to be completed by 6:00 PM and showed no apology. I then asked at least for towels. Housekeeping finally came around 5:30 PM, and I only had the trash emptied and received towels.

Worst Hyatt ever!!! Absolutely zero willingness to serve customers or provide at least a decent service. The food was terrible, the rooms were not clean. They cleaned the rooms after you arrive in the room and therefore you have to leave the room for them to clean even at 7 PM.!! they doubled the parking charge at the last minute without any prior authorization. They charge a resort fee for absolutely nothing at all.

We were unable to stay here as there was a major winter storm that closed I-70 and made checking in impossible. After seeing I-70 was closed, we subsequently called the hotel and were told that we would get a refund, but that we had to request it through our booking service. We did so, and were told by hotels.com that they attempted to contact the property, but that there was no reply. Seems convenient, but is definitely disappointing.
