Overall, this condo offered quick access for us to go to and from Keystone ski resort. At less than 10 minutes from the main parking lot, we were able to go back and forth throughout the day - skiing in the morning, napping in the afternoon, and then back for night ski! The beds were comfortable with high-quality linens. The table was large enough to accommodate big meals, and the kitchen was ready to go with plenty of dishes and cookware. While the temperature was chilly, that didn't particularly bother us - and there were a couple of space heaters provided. The only *downside* to the condo was managing a single bathroom for a few days and the neighbors were a little louder than we would have liked. My guess is that our condo and their's is actually one big space that has been made into two so the insulation between the two is very light. But the positives outweigh the negatives of this location for our family! We would definitely stay here again.

Run down but functional except for the leaky roof in the bedroom due to snow melt underneath the roof, broken chair with no back (dining room table), and blinds that fell down because they weren't properly secured. Needs basic maintenance and renovation.

Good for a short trip

They did have maintenance going on before we got in, so I'm unsure if what I've listed was being worked on. But, there was a giant wall patch in the bathroom that looked pretty bad. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary supplies which was nice. The front door keypad lock was not intuitive from the inside making it difficult to ensure it was locked. Large open living space is nice. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people all around you. Especially the unit that it's connected to by an internal door. It felt like they were in our unit it was so loud. The floors have gaps in them which look a little cheap. The secondary slide lock between the units doesn't latch all the way and there was no other way to lock the door from our side. Laundry is a wash/dry combo taking 3hours for one load which wasn't ideal or efficient for multiple loads. There were lots of board games which was nice.

The condo is outdated and there is a lot of noise from the neighboring condo. Several times we were awoken by the noise from the neighboring condo. The location of the condo is excellent and the check-in process and checkout process were very easy.

Perfect ski getaway location

Easy access to many ski hills. Great accommodations and communication. Fair price. Lots of space for a big family or group. A second bathroom would have been nice but wasn’t necessary. Very happy with this stay.

Decent unit but needs update on listing

PRO: The unit is very spacious. Fairly easy to find and the customer services offered by Keystone is great and responsive. There is also a wood fireplace with wood being provided by Keystone. The kitchen had heated floors which was really good. CON: The listing was not very accurate. It was not listed that the master bedroom did not have built in heat. There was a provided space heater but it was in a completely different room. Once we looked at the space heater, the power cord was duct taped which did not provide a lot of confidence for safety. There are multiple electronic heat controls but not sure which ones corresponds to which room. Also they also reset to a much lower temperature after a 2-3 hours for unknown reason. When we checked in, the master bedroom, bathroom, and additional room did not have heat. We called guest services and they came and tried to address the issues. They were able to get the heat on in the bathroom and then provided another heater for the last bedroom. One of the bedroom did seem more like a closet than a bedroom. Overall the unit very spacious and decent. I have stayed at more updated units at Keystone and all of the heating issues made the stay less enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful location, felt very private & was perfect. There were construction workers of some kind out front of the deck in the distance majority of the stay, but it wasn’t loud & they didn’t bother us at all. I would definitely recommend.

It is about a 15 minute walk to the conference center and about an hour to river run villages. Nice wooded area that is pretty to walk around in as well. There were no towels when I went to the hot tub. Unfortunately I could hear the neighbors above me.

Affordable stay

Condo advertised as sleeping 6-8. One bathroom with 4 towels. I had to call and ask for more towels. Initially told they only provide 4 towels for one bathroom, but they did bring more when I asked. Several of the pots/pans were slightly dirty when we went to use them. Windows/sliding doors a little drafty. Overall condo was clean and location was good. Would have been nice to have Keystone resort information/shuttle schedule in the condo.

Great Keystone Spot!

My husband and I and our three boys enjoyed our stay here and had a great vacation! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Loved having extra towels & a wood burning fireplace! Proximity to Keystone was awesome! A few things that we noted that we felt could be easily addressed: The headboard on master bed is broken The sliding glass door in the living room would not open properly. The curtains in in living and master we’re not fully secure There were no towels in the hot tub area even though the listing says they will be there Property description says private laundry; this means coin-operated machines in the clubhouse It would be nice if the fireplace wood was already stocked when you arrive instead of having to call for it

Enjoyed 3-weeks in July 2022 In this West Keystone condo.

This condo had all the kitchen amenities I needed for stove top, oven baking, and several grills were well maintained on the property which we used about 5 times. (I always pack my own knives!) Kudos to the fastest icemaker maker; we never had to buy ice for our daily outings. The new washer/dryer was a must for a 3-week stay, and we used it a lot as there is so much to do in the area. The pool/hot tub area was fun and clean; we used it daily. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and bed linens in great condition, and we found the beds to be comfortable (including the sofa bed). Every morning we walked the mountain trails right outside the door into Keystone Gulch, to the lake, and to River Run; later we would drive somewhere, get out our bikes, and ride in various areas. We hiked to Chihuahua lake up towards Montezuma, went to various old mines, flume trails. We rented downhill bikes and did the lift/trails at Copper Mountain; later, we rented cruiser e-bikes and did about 50 miles of paved trails in 4-hours. We loved it and will be back. ....just everything was great. So much to do.

There was no heat in the master bedroom. Therefore we had to keep the door open just to keep the temperature in the 50s. The rest of the condo's thermostats (zoned heating) kept resetting to 60 degrees. Very unpleasant!
