The breakfast was really good, tasty, and fresh-- much better than most other hotels bland food. The staff were very friendly. The room was good and clean, but the bed was a bit too firm for me. I just used a thick mattress pad which helped. The location is great--- close to many tourist attractions.

I am so disappointed with this hotel. I book a room base on the pictures of the room instead I got one of the worst rooms , noise, dirty carpet, window in front of the parking lot as a result no privacy. Please be aware when you make the decision to book a room.

The Roosevelt is an older facility but well taken care of. The location is right on the corner of where all the action is. Just a short drive to Rushmore. The staff was over the top friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was the best we've had in our 3 week travels out west. Fresh and plentiful. The rooms, again they're older, but well kept and clean. The Roosevelt is a very affordable option in Keystone.

We stayed four nights, and I strongly recommend this property. Not only is it exceptionally close to Mt. Rushmore, but the staff were superb and the room was spotless. A great breakfast is offered. There's some very nice dining options close by. Richard

This was just one night and close to Mount Rushmore so it served the purpose. It does have a free breakfast with typical pre cooked fare. The staff was friendly. There’s not much parking , it’s on a hill and you have to go up in back of the hotel. Seems like just enough spaces for guests.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s family-owned and feels like a bed and breakfast. The staff is amazing, the rooms are very clean and lovely, and breakfast is provided on china with stainless flatware and real coffee mugs. I highly recommend it :)
