Great getaway for a group!

Great space with plenty of room for 10 or 11- the indoor hot tub was a special treat for everyone at the end of the days on the mountain. The views from the condo were also quite spectacular with a great view of the mountain run base across the small pond. Great place to spend a week

Rental company didn't service their costumer

The condo was beautiful and just like described. However We were very disappointed in the rental company, Summit County Mountain Retreats.First, I received a text 30 minutes before we were to check in that the hot tub wasn't working. The first text gave us the impression that there was a confirmed time it was to be fixed. After inquiry more, they finally said "they misspoke" & they do not know when someone could come out and fix it. They told us several reasons why it wasn't going to be fixed. When we got to the condo, I felt the hot tub water. It was still warm. But no power going to it. There was a fuse box on the wall. All I had to do was trip the GFI. Amazing! The hot tub worked. I felt all along I wasn't getting an accurate story.Second, we needed more garbage bags. Since we needed more garbage bags, I texted Summit County Mountain Retreats. Asked if we could have more garbage bags, I also asked for more towels and mentioned that we didn't have any hot pads if they had any.This was what I received."Hello, we usually only supply the initial amount of those items however we have some in our office if you would like to pick those up. Towels and garbage bags."I thought a was the one on vacation. They were the service. The rental company should service us on these easy necessary items. Especially the garbage bags.Summit County Mountain Retreats only took care of themself. They do not service their costumer. So five stares for the condoONE STAR FOR SUMMIT COUNT

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property with excellent views. Top floor was nice and quiet. The views from the balcony are amazing. The indoor hot tub was fantastic. Updated, clean and relaxing. The beds are soft for anyone that needs to know but we slept well. The chlorine from the hot tub is intense. We ended up coughing a lot the first time we used it. Removing the lid a bit before you want to soak helps! Would definitely stay here again!

There are a few items that need attention: window that won't open, one window missing a screen and with no AC we really needed the night breeze to keep us cool at night. The unit is clean and is a great size. We liked the location to Keystone Village and Silverthorne.

Not as expected with poor communication

We were called less than two hours before check in and told the hot tub was out of service. The only reason we booked this place was for the private hot tub. We looked at the hot tub when we got there and the water was green and the buttons didn’t work on it, so it had clearly been broken for awhile but we were never notified so we could make alternate arrangements. The management company didn’t even bother to find anyone to repair it during our stay. Honestly felt lied to about the hot tub. We were told “it just broke today and it can’t be fixed for several days.” When we asked about a discount, the property management company said the most we could get was a 10% discount, after we check out, and that was if we didn’t post a negative review. To date, they won’t respond to our messages about the discount promised. I would not trust this property or Summit County Mountian Retreats. We could have easily saved a lot of money with all the other options that were available and closer.

Spacious, comfy, and a great view!

Our family of 7 stayed comfortably and had everything we needed. It was before ski season, so it was quiet and restful. It was well stocked and comfortable. The box fans and humidifiers were nice to have on hand. The indoor hot tub was a nice feature. We cooked almost every meal there, and the provisions were great. We really enjoyed the location and the setup. Thanks for hosting a great visit!
