Located in the centre of Kiama, within walking distance to Surf Beach, rockpools, harbour, restaurants and cafes. Freshly renovated, this spacious home includes two living areas, separate dining, and three well sized bedrooms sleeping up to 7 guests.

Bedroom one and two include queen beds, with bedroom three including a tri bunk with premium mattresses. The original art deco bathroom has been purposely retained for its vintage appeal, offering a full-size bath and separate shower. A second restroom is offered attached to the laundry accessed at the rear of the property.

The main living room offers water views, split system air conditioning, and Wi-Fi to provide the most comfortable stay. The second living room offers an ambient space, open the French style doors to enjoy the summer breeze from the balcony! The property offers a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen for all your entertaining needs. Enjoy a glass of wine and BBQ with views of the ocean from the rear balcony.

Parking is available on site, however there is no access to the garage. A large private yard and fire pit are also available, which is fully fenced.
