Brand New Remodel Sept 2017! Belle nouvelle cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec granit, armoires en bambou et appareils en acier inoxydable. Nouvelle salle de bain avec douche et luminaires en granit et carrelage. Nouveau revĂȘtement de sol partout. MĂȘme vue fabuleuse sur l'ocĂ©an depuis la vĂ©randa et Ă©quipement de plage gratuit pour votre usage. Sugar Beach Resort est le seul endroit oĂč bon nombre de nos visiteurs resteront, annĂ©e aprĂšs annĂ©e. Une vaste plage de sable dorĂ© fait face Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ©, et en quelques secondes du bĂątiment de notre unitĂ©, la plus longue plage de marche de Kihei vous attend.

Une belle piscine et un spa se trouvent prÚs de l'océan, et la plage à quelques mÚtres est un endroit merveilleux pour terminer la journée avec l'un des spectaculaires couchers de soleil de Maui. "Dina's Sandwitch", le bar et grill sur place sert certains des meilleurs sandwichs de l'ßle. C'est aussi un endroit idéal pour se réunir pour un cocktail. Pas étonnant qu'ils aient une note de 4,2 étoiles sur Yelp.

Our host, Sherry, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She checked in with us and went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival from another island. Once the unit was ready, she allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could settle in and make it to dinner with ease, which we truly appreciated.The unit was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. For those who choose to use them, the pool, hot tub, sauna, and grill area were a great added bonus. We also enjoyed Dina’s restaurant several times during our stay; having it so conveniently located was a real plus.Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.Mahalo Nate Thompson

Location of suite was closer to N. Kiehi Road than we expected. We still heard traffic during the morning and night. It's only when you get closer to the beach that you don't hear the traffic. Also, I would check to see if the pool will be serviced during the time you're staying (pool was closed for servicing for 4 days towards the end of our stay, 3 wks in total). One night a family were swimming in the pool, including their dog. Unfortunately there was no staff around at the time to stop it from happening.Overall, the suite was clean and well maintained. It was great that the ocean was close by for walking. The grounds/pool crew were up early to maintain the property/pool. It was nice to have the Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani's Shaved Ice within walking distance as well as the Kihei Outrigger Club.

Relaxing, Well-Located Condo with All the Essentials

We just wrapped up 8 days at Sugar Beach Resort and loved it! The location is perfect—right on the beach and only a quick 7–10 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. We especially enjoyed the beach walk to grab coffee, fresh pastries, shave ice, and browse the farmers market and ABC store.The pool was great, and the beachside lounging made it easy to relax and soak up the view. The unit itself was clean, updated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Super easy to access, too.The only minor downside was the barbecue area—it could use a bit of love, and the wind made it tricky to get a strong flame at times. But overall, an awesome place to stay in Maui. We'd absolutely come back!

Enjoyable 1st visit to Maui

Great beachfront location on the north end of Kihei. Unit very clean, very modern, and well stocked. Loved having the beach accessories available for use. Would highly recommend this property if you don't want or need to be closer to town. Close enough!

Second time staying at this condo and loved it.

We love this condo. Have stayed there twice and was hoping we could stay there the same dates in 2026 unfortunately it was already booked. But we were lucky enough to find another condo in the same building. This condo is perfect. Amazing location, quiet, great pool area. The grounds people do an amazing job of maintaining the pool and surrounding grounds. Just can’t say enough good things about Suagr beach

Really enjoyed the property. beach was quiet, property was well kept, and condo had most everything you could need. Only Con is that the sofa sleeper needs updated. uncomfortable and every time there is movement it squeaks and everybody can hear it. tough to use this as a family of four. unless mattress gets replaced i wouldn't plan to use the sofa sleeper if you or anybody wants a good night sleep. thanks for sharing your property.

The Perfect Location

We loved our stay at the Sugar Beach resort, not only was it in a great location to explore everything that Maui had to offer but it was the perfect place to recharge after a day at the beach or a day out and about exploring. The suit itself was well maintained and very clean upon arrival. The whole resort was impeccable and well taken care of. If you are travelling to Maui, I would highly recommend staying at the Sugar Beach resort. PS. You must try the sandwich shop located on resort, It is awesome!

Great base location

Arrived late in the evening on the day before Thanksgiving finding the condo not finished cleaning. There were cleaning supplies on the counter, floor mats on the counter, vacuum and steam mop in walk way, full trash can, dirty sheets and bedding in the pull out couch, stained mattress cover on the pull out couch, no toilet paper, damp blanket in the dryer. But the communication with the property manager, Sherry, was great from the start. Contacted her and she immediately responded. Options were to move to a different condo in a different building or stay and Sherry comes to grab the left over cleaning supplies. We chose the later since we had been traveling all day and had 2 very exhausted young children. Luckily, there was a new set of sheets in the closet for the pullout couch we could use as well. Sherry made the drive to the condo late at night to pick up the cleaning stuff and bring us a couple rolls of toilet paper in order for us to settle in for the night. We appreciated that so much. After that initial evening, it was a smooth, easy stay. Loved the sunset view from the lanai. The property is clean and well maintained. And loved that you can walk right out to the beach. Appreciated Sherry's responsiveness and willingness to make things right for us upon arrival and staying in touch with us to ensure it was a pleasant stay. This was a nice condo as a base for our travels in Maui. We loved the Kihei area from the first time we visited Maui in 2016.

Perfect condo

Location is great, it is right on the beach and shaved ice, bakery and ABC convenience store are within a few minutes walk. The property grounds and facilities are very clean, parking is easy, pool and bbq area are great. The location is central to anywhere you need to drive to. The condo itself is very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities needed and overall it is a very nice home.
