Comptoirs remodelés et modernisés en granit, nouvelles armoires, moulures couronnées: notre unité est neuve! Appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable - Prévoyez profiter de l'intimité directe sur le front de mer sablonneux depuis le lanai de cette unité de coin située au rez-de-chaussée du Sugar Beach Resort. Salle de bains rénovée en 2016 - carrelage au sol mis à niveau.
La plage à l'avant s'étend sur quatre milles - la plupart sans bâtiments. Promenez-vous sur la plage le matin - puis profitez de superbes couchers de soleil sur votre véranda. L'unité est entièrement meublée - cuisine entièrement équipée -. L'unité dispose d'un divan-lit dans le salon avec un matelas pneumatique - très confortable! Et un nouveau lit de taille Cal_King dans la chambre. L'unité peut accueillir 4 personnes facilement .. Nous avons également un nouveau w / d - pleine taille. Sugar Beach a un nouveau look - nouvelle peinture, nouveau système de climatisation et nouvelles fenêtres - et l’aménagement paysager est tropical et charmant.
Sugar Beach Resort dispose de 216 unités - la plupart sont dans les programmes de location. Le complexe est situé dans le nord de Kihei - pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport et à Lahaina. Maui Sites and Treasures est situé dans l’espace commercial et propose les meilleures offres pour les excursions de plongée en apnée, les promenades en Hana ou l’équitation dans les hauteurs du pays. Vous trouverez également un magasin de vêtements, un spa de massage et un petit restaurant dans le quartier commerçant. Un grand Safeway est situé à moins de dix minutes. Perfect Stay at Sugar Beach

One of the best days we’ve had at Sugar Beach. Joan’s unit is perfectly set up! We appreciate the extra mattress in the cupboard for our little kid. And the nice beach chairs, and an umbrella and cooler! Location is perfect right next to the barbeques and we have the most wonderful weather. I love the layout of this unit. I have stayed in a few at Sugar Beach, but the island in the middle of the kitchen was very handy for preparing food/ kids eating “at the bar”. Kitchen was well stocked too! Beds very comfortable- pullout and main king bed. Will book again!

Maui beach front stay

We enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time in Maui. It’s a well played out ground floor unit with the beach & pool right out the door. Communication was easy and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay! It was so wonderful being on the 1st floor with everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I found this location to be very convenient to all areas of the island, as this was our first time we wanted to check everything out. highly recommend and would stay again if I'm back in Maui.

That photo is real!

Looking at the listing photo (looking towards the sliding glass door) now that we have returned home, my wife and I commented that it really IS that beautiful! Though I read the reviews about the location, I had not expected what we rented. Being on the ground floor at the corner of the building, allowed us to just open the doors and walk right out to watch the sunset. There was a grass area for sitting on recliner chairs directly beyond the lanai, and the beach was just beyond. Grills were within 30 feet of the condo. Truly wonderful. Our only regret is that we spent only one night.

Great Stay

My partner and I spent a week at this property and couldn't be happier with the stay. The location was perfect and right on the beach. Being able to sit on the patio and listen to the ocean was amazing. AC worked great, space was great for 2 people, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bed was very comfortable and check in process was very simple. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Sugar Beach Resort Condo

Really nice place right on beach. Loved the sunsets and ability to walk right out onto the beach. Great pool and Dinah's Deli right in complex for sandwiches and beer wasalso a plus. The entire complex was so well maintained. Definitely would stay here again if we ever make it back to Maui. Really nice a/c which you definitely need in Hawaii to sleep at night.

Relaxing Vacation

Bugs

We were so excited about staying at this property but sadly when we arrived it had just been cleaned and the ceiling was covered in bugs (dead and alive). Smashed 1 spider in corner and another ran behind the baseboard. Not the cleanest property and we stayed for a few moments to voice concerns to VRBO and host and then we cancelled our stay and left. The view is incredible. The property is older and needs some updating but all of the bugs were a no-go for us so we opted to not stay at all. Sad because the view and location was great. Host was apologetic and refunded us as well as VRBO even though it was a longer process to communicate with VRBO than expected.

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. Joan was very quick to respond! Kihei is a great place to stay in Maui…close to great restaurants & snorkeling harbor. The layout of the condo is great. We had our granddaughter with us….& the one bedroom one bath worked perfect. The condo is well equipped & is a corner unit right next to the BBQ’s, pool & spa!!

This condo was as advertised. Right on the beach with a great view. We took several strolls on the beach and enjoyed the sand and the weather. The location was good. A little away from the restaurant area but an easy drive. The condo was well-furnished and clean- except we did encounter a roach crawling in the bedroom on my wife's clothing. It is no longer crawling on this earth. There was also a swarm of mosquito-looking bugs outside on the porch. However, the can of Raid under the sink took care of them. I can't really blame that on the owner, but something vacationers should be aware of as new bugs returned on the porch the next day. This might be typical of beach living on Maui, but this was our first time and we didn't have this problem on the Big Island.

Perfect place to Relax. Centrally located

I can't say enough about how easy it was to reserve, checking, communicate and enjoy our stay. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. The ocean is so close, just like in the pictures. It's true this is not a 5 star place, but it's not run down either. It's perfect for a clean, comfortable and affordable stay with all of the comforts of home. Thank you Joan! We hope to return soon.
