We loved the view from the balcony for our stay! The beach was only a short walk through the grounds and so peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again

Great Location

The location was great. Close enough to the main areas, but just far enough away to have a lovely quiet beach. The apartment was as described with a m good kitchen and good sized rooms. Would definately recommend for a family stay

Excellent all around

Perfect location, condo was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the property and unit. It was very clean and a big plus to have the umbrella and chairs included.

A great location

We really enjoyed our stay here, as it was right next to the beach and pool, and very accessible to grocery stores and gas. The only problem was that after the first day, the hot water didnt work and we had to take cold showers for the rest of our stay there.

Comfortable, quiet, cozy stay

Very well-maintained property. The short walk across the grounds to the beach was great for sunset views. Kitchen and grills were good for dining in and there are plenty of restaurants a short walk or drive away, also a grocery store, drug store, and your choice of snorkel gear rental places. Not huge for two couples but big enough.

Easy like a Sunday morning

Seriously, check in was easy and the property had everything we needed. It was easy to clean up after ourselves and we felt safe the entire time. The view was beautiful, we watched sunsets from our balcony frequently. The property had the beach equipment we hoped and the bathrooms were well stocked.

Maui - Kehei

Location was perfect, close to the beach. Property is slightly older but the interior was adequate for a family of 4, the bedrooms have portable AC units but they kept the rooms adequately cool along with the ceiling fans. The view of the sunsets from the balcony were phenomenal. Kitchen was great for meals and the grocery stores were couple of minutes from the unit. Great vacation spot.

Fantastic Unit in a great location.

A wonderful quiet property with the best of both worlds. It overlooks the ocean that is easily accessible and swimmable. The kids loved the pool and the evening sunsets. Great facilities and we used the BBQ most nights whilst the kids played in the pool. Walkable to great shops/ restaurants and the Church, St. Theresa's is next door with a beautiful Sunday service. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. A fabulous place to stay, would definitely recommend it!

The views are beautiful

Very happy for the most part with our stay. The property is well-maintained and the views are breathtaking so close to the ocean and the garden area is so beautiful and well kept. Condo was comfortable it had everything we needed. The reason for four stars instead of five is because all the fees add it up to make this cost double.

Beautiful property

We extremely enjoyed our stay wish it was longer! Coming back next year. However, the room was not cleaned when we checked in and we never got the instructions to check in... stuff happens ! We truly loved our stay and the people there and the manager on propert was awesome

Wonderful Week in Maui

We stayed for a week at this condo and it worked perfectly for our visit. We visited our son who moved to Kipahulu a year ago and we had a great time snorkeling, beach walking and dining out. Good location for us and accommodations worked well for privacy for all. The amenities in the condo were very much appreciated. We had a few noisy neighbors at times but all in all was a great stay. We contacted the management a couple times with questions and got quick responses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are exactly as the condo looks. The pool is maybe a 2 minute walk and the beach is maybe a 3 minute walk. It's as if you have your own private beach area. The condo is equipped with everything that you need for cooking as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and an ice chest. There is a grocery store about a half block away so that is very convenient. The management company was wonderful to work with. The only downfall to the condo is that there are a/c units in the bedrooms but not in the remaining part of the condo so it got very hot in the rest of the condo during the day however it cooled down nicely in the evenings. We were not in the condo much during the day but to be getting ready in the 2nd bathroom was very hot. It was my husband and I plus another couple that stayed and we had plenty of privacy and room. We will definitely stay there again.

A wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! The view alone is reason enough to stay here! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, 10 and 12 yrs old. We all enjoyed the proximity of the quiet beach and beautiful, impeccably kept grounds. The kitchen was fully equipped; we at breakfast 'at home' everyday of our 12 day stay, as well as about half of our dinners. We loved to float around in the pool in the afternoons as we geared up for the amazing sunset. The kids loved the boogie board and we all appreciated the cooler and beach chairs! The property is located in the quieter part of Kihei, north of the congestion around the Kamaoloe beaches, which we loved. It was just a short drive to Safeway (the best prices) as well as the action farther south in Kihei and all of the beaches on this end of the island. We ventured to Lahaina only a couple of times, which was about a 30-45 minute drive depending on time of day. Our favorite place to eat was Coconuts, which is located a short walk away in the Azeka shopping center - amazing fish tacos and BYOB, which is always nice. Miso Phat Sushi is in the same location and was amazing! Don't miss Ono Gelato on your stroll home - yum! Can't say enough about how much fun we all had - we're counting the months until we can return!
