# 240 est l'un des top 1 chambre à coucher, unité de fin, copropriétés au Sugar Beach Resort, qui est l'une des meilleures station désignations sur Maui. Envisager un séjour avec nous pour les raisons suivantes:

1) Propriété Oceanfront - Des vues spectaculaires vers le bas de la cÎte sud de la plage, tout le chemin vers le Pu'u (cÎne de scories) de Makena. Et bien sûr, l'esprit souffle couchers de soleil ...

We loved this ocean front condo. It was clean, comfortable & in a great location for us in a quiet area of North Kihei. Walking 5 miles on beautiful Sugar Beach in the mornings was magical! During our stay, a Kona Low storm hit the island with Kihei taking the worst hit. I can’t say enough great things about John , our VRBO host, who went above and beyond to help us. He was available and in touch when we needed it & brought supplies when we were unable to get them ourselves. Thank you John! You are a kind & compassionate man and will forever be a part of our Maui adventure.

We love staying at Sugar Beach Resort and have many years. This was our first stay at this unit, which was nicely furnished and a quiet ocean front. The unit was clean. There were a few small repairs that needed to be made, which the owner was working on, but these didn't interfere with our stay.

First of all the condo has the best view one can wish for. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Very quiet building. The beach is beautiful and accessible. Our host went out of his way to help when I had forgotten important belongings. We hope to return each year.

This was the perfect location to stay in Maui. The view from the living room is stunning! We loved starting each day with a cup of coffee, sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. The washer and dryer came in handy, and it was nice that a small amount of laundry supplies were available complimentary. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. It was so nice that the condo also included two beach chairs and beach towels – they definitely came in handy. We took advantage of the pool on-site and even ate at the cute sandwich shop on the property (food was great). The location was convenient – it was easy to get to wherever you wanted to go on the island. All this at a very affordable price compared to other properties!

We absolutely LOVED this beachfront condo!!! It is right on the sand at Sugar Beach, which by the way has endless walking with your toes in the water. White sand beach with calm WARM ocean water. All kinds of waterspouts to do here because of the calm ocean, Bonus! This end unit is on the 2nd floor and extremely private as well. Super comfortable as well, especially the long bed, and the kitchen suited is perfectly as we had all our meals on the ocean view deck. Can’t say enough about this condo’s condition and location. When we go back, we will definitely be renting from John again :) !

The most honest review for 3/2025 (the review I wish I had read)

THE GOOD-Firstly (and maybe most importantly), this owner and unit is an overall 4.7 experience(my opinion). Communications with John were a solid 5.0. When asked a question prior to or during the rental, the answers were immediate. Excellent owner.- Secondly, cleanliness of the unit upon arrival was a 5.0. - The view is a 4.7. The side window was useless to us because it is on the 2nd floor. We kept the shade closed the entire 11 days because the adjoining property can see into the condo. No biggie , but it would have been nice to have that shade open.- Sugar Beach location (for my wife and I who like to *relax* and separate from the humans) was a 4.8. There are always a few loud kids or cars that affect the resort experience, but Sugar Beach Resort is a nice location if you don't want a crowd. If you want to be able to walk to restaurants and shopping, this is not a good option. If you want quite, it's great.- Bed was SUPER comfortable. Only 5 pillows, but enough for us. - The lawn chairs, pool, public bathroom, lawn, landscaping, beachfront, stairs, elevators, were all in good condition.THE BAD in 2/25- The ice maker is inoperable.- TV speaker in living room was intermittently crackling- Condition of the overall Sugar Beach Resort is a 3.8. ------It's clean, but the overall condition of electrical, mechanical, structural, grills, is in need of attention (as of 2/25)Summation: I just booked another 2 weeks at SBR!!!

The location is amazing. Very comfortable place with all the amenities including AC and in apt laundry. The owners and agent are flexible and accommodating. The resort is decent, but the beach and views are spectacular!

Very relaxing stay. Amazing view and very quiet condo. Great comfortable bed and everything you need. John was a great host, I had issue with wifi when I arrived and John called provider and walked me through resetting it. Worked the whole rest of my stay. Spent most of my time on the Lanai. Second floor condo and so close to the ocean you don’t even need to leave. Pool, hot tub and grills at the resort all work great and never real busy. Easy parking right in front of condo. I did not want to leave but back to reality. Can’t wait to return!

Retirement Trip

Beach view from balcony was awesome. Hearing the waves in the condo was so relaxing. Dina's sandwiches shop food was great and not having to clean up to go out. Couple suggestions, 1. Replace the sofa 2. Fix the ice maker. 3. Replace the toster.Everything overall was excellent. We will stay here again next time.

I love the location in Kihei and the location on the property. The ocean waves so close were magical. Yes, it could be updated a bit. If so, eg, new sofa, nicer furniture on the lanai, nice sheets - that’s all, it could rent for more easily!
