Kam 1 is one of the best beaches on all of Maui for swimming and snorkeling!

You will have access to the entire condo and use of the rooftop deck and swimming pool!

This beautifully remodeled condo is in the heart of Kihei right across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 1. Kam 1 is a gorgeous beach, perfect for swimming, snorkeling and paddleboarding! This is a walkable beach with soft sand. Don't miss the stunning sunsets every evening!!!

The condo is centrally located in Kihei. You are walking distance to great restaurants, bars, a tiki lounge with live entertainment, gelato, coffee house, bakeries, 808 deli, massage, and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Kamaole Beach Park 1 known as Kam 1.

-The king size bed in the bedroom is brand new with super soft bedding

-There is an air conditioning unit in the great room and a brand new air conditioning unit in the bedroom keeping this condo cool and comfortable

-Brand new stainless steel dishwasher

-New ceiling fans

-Honu (turtle) bathroom complete with turtle shell looking tile, a green light in the shower, and a steam shower for when you need to detox

-Beautiful local art work through out

-New coffee maker for drip coffee or pods. Pods not supplied

-Stocked pantry with seasonings and oil for cooking
Please no smoking or vaping inside the condo or outside on the lanai. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Please be sure to rinse off all sand prior to entering the condo to avoid an additional cleaning fee. You will find an area to rinse off at the front of the complex next to the pool.

Please take out trash daily and don't leave any food or dirty dishes in the kitchen. Please clean the kitchen thoroughly and wipe down all countertops to avoid pests. Maui is a warm, humid climate year round and we don't want pests in the condo. You will find a trash chute right next to the elevator.

You will find a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen. Please dry clothes on the drying rack outside.

There are 2 air conditioning units in the condo. One in the great room next to the lanai and one in the bedroom in the closet. These keep the condo nice and cool!

There is a brand new king size bed in the bedroom with very soft, comfortable bedding. The murphy bed on the lanai is a queen. You will find bedding for the murphy bed in the top of the closet in the bedroom.

As a guest of Maui Under The Stars, you'll find barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
