Beautiful location and unit. A couple of recommendations. They left us a beautiful pineapple but not one cutting knife. There was also no can opener. We had to purchase both items. Also, a few extra towels would have been nice. The tile floors were in need of replacement. The hallway downstairs had a couple of loose tiles.

Spectacular property! It is luxurious, but comfy with a lovely modern Hawaiian vibe and the welcome basket was the perfect touch of aloha. The view is fantastic and we ate all our meals on the lanai. Kitchen is incredible with absolutely every plate, pan, glass, utensil or appliance you could think of. It's a place that once you arrive, you don't want to leave. Our teenagers loved the fitness center and pool, plus it was an easy walk or drive to nearby shopping and Kihei. Communication was easy and responsive with the property managers. It was our first time staying in Wailea and we would definitely stay again! Mahalo!

Family week in wailea

Barbecue and dishwasher weren't working properly, we washed all glassware, plates and silverware to make sure it was all superClean. There were FIVE cats in the backyard eating cat food out of styrofoam plates that someone had left for them! Would liked to have found welcome information with local suggestions, info on beaches etc. great beach equipment and spacious rooms/bathrooms, although third bedroom had no bedside lamps; nonetheless all issues handled promptly and resolved by property manager.

Amazing week in Wailea!

Our family group of 7 had a fantastic stay! The townhome was beautiful, tastefully decorated and with an AMAZING view! Kitchen well stocked, extremely comfortable beds. When we come back to Wailea again, definitely want to stay here again!

What a wonderful haven for a family celebration! I didnā€™t want to leave the lanai with the ocean view. With two master suites and what we named a slumber party room (three queen beds and a bath), there was ample space for three generations to enjoy their stay their way. I would rent again. And again.

Luxury at the Beach

This villa at Ho'olei is my new favorite place to be. Relaxing atmosphere, designer furniture and fixtures, modern and elegant, and very convenient to the rest of Wailea. We enjoyed a fun girls weekend here to celebrate some milestones and couldn't have asked for a better host or accommodations. The designer look of this place speaks volume about how well maintained this unit is and how immaculate it is kept. Everything you could possibly need to host a getaway with friends was found easily in this villa. No detail was missed. We very much enjoyed the luxury feel of this villa and loved that we were relaxed and felt right at home - especially on the insanely comfortable outdoor futon. The views + The comfort here are like no other place I have experienced! Having the bi-level floors were great as well because it gave our group some separation when needed and allowed for some of us to sneak away for naps and the extra comfy beds. The master bath was recently remodeled and has the most amazing tub/shower setup that I enjoyed more than anything else. The extra large bathrooms in this unit were really nice and a great compliment to the large bedroom area as well. We felt we had all the conveniences of home [and more] right at our fingertips in this villa and can't think of one thing we would change about this unit.

Five Star, Immaculate & Spacious, Fully Equipped Villa

We absolutely loved our time in villa 39-2!! Our time here felt like true luxury living and was unmatched to any Villa that we have ever stayed in before on Maui. Our experience started prior to arrival as I called to inquire with local staff @ Waiola Realty to answer questions about the villa. Specifically, Daisy and Derek were so helpful and patient with me as I had many questions before booking. Upon our arrival we were blown away by how clean and spacious the place really was. The first thing we did was open up the Fleetwood sliding doors to create an "indoor/outdoor" living space so we could enjoy both the view, and the amazing entertaining space this villa offers. We were prepared to go out to dinner most nights, but we ended up cooking most meals at the villa and on the gas grill because we couldn't get enough of the view and the beautiful furnishings this villa has. As a family, we enjoyed being able to have everyone comfortably scattered throughout this villa and enjoying the space in it's entirety. We enjoyed the privacy of the amenities here with a less crowded pool area at Ho'olei which was a nice escape from the crowded resorts nearby. Beach access was easy and a really quick jaunt across the street to the famous "Wailea Beach". Between the epic sunsets from the lanai, & the panoramic views, we were truly feeling like we hit the jackpot on this villa. Thank you for the amazing memories! We look forward to returning soon!

Among the nicest places Iā€™ve stayed anywhere in the world

Truly a fantastic location and a very high end townhome. The quality of finishes and the *view* were amazing. The wall of glass opens from the kitchen / living room area onto a lanai with panoramic views of the ocean, west Maui, and nearby islands. Very hard to beat. Very close proximity to all that Wailea and Kihei have to offer. Also walking distance to multiple public beach access areas and the beautiful Wailea beach path.

What a Wonderful Place in Paradise

We were so thrilled to stay here. This was our first time in Maui. We came for a family wedding at the Four Seasons This was the perfect spot for our family of 7 to stay close to both the Four Seasons and The Grand Walia. The condo had an amazing view, spacious, clean, comfortable beds and linens. The host met us as we arrived, gave us a tour of the condo and explained things which we thought was great. He was easy to get a hold of anytime we needed something. Would stay again.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! Itā€™s spacious and wonderful for large families. It had everything you need such as kitchen appliances, grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs and pool toys for the kids. Thereā€™s a beautiful view on the front deck. You can see the west Maui mountains, the island of Lanai, Kahoolawe, Molokini. We enjoyed grilling and having dinner and drinks out there and watching the awesome sunset. Itā€™s also close to the Shops of Wailea which has a small food market. So itā€™s convenient if you donā€™t want to go into town but even thatā€™s only 10 to 15 minutes away. The beaches are close by as well but our kids really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. It has a little sand beach for the kids and they enjoyed that along with a small waterfall cave that you can sit inside. It was overall one of the best places weā€™ve stayed at and we highly recommend itā€¦

Perfect Luxury Villa

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Our family had plenty of room to relax and spread out to enjoy our vacation. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, itā€™s huge and has a waterfall! We stayed at the pool for hours a day. This unit has some great high end finishes and everything you may need on vacation. From cooking utensils to beach chairs they have you covered. The location of the villa is so close to everything we needed, including an easy walk to the beach, was extremely clean, and really comfortable. We canā€™t wait to come back!
