Todd with Vacation-Maui was an absolute professional and took care of all our needs. In fact, he went above and beyond on several occasions. We were vacationing in Maui while the record storms hit the islands and he continued to check on us and mitigate any issues. We visit Maui for at least a month a year and we’ll continue to stay at the Palms do to the location, facilities, and cleanliness.

The condo was clean, newly remodeled with new furniture and new items inside and looked as pictured. The pool was across the street so easy to just pop over and back, as needed, especially since we had an infant and a toddler who still both nap.

Great location and spacious family unit

This unit was great for our family of 6. We had our two youngest (9 & 12) sharing the pullout coach. Location is great and we spent most of the time at the south beaches. The pool rules are no joke (there is someone there always reminding kids to play quietly etc) so that can be annoying for some if they are not expecting it. The beds are very soft (too soft for us but if you prefer soft they are right for you). The unti has lots of roomTo move around and ground floor was great to have for playing outside or having dinner together on the deck.

Great Maui stay!

Property was exactly as promised. The condo unit was perfect for our family of 4. Each child had their own bed, plus their own bathroom. All the kitchen amenities were new, easy to use and more than enough for our trip. The unit has plenty of AC throughout, and to be honest, we had to shut it off. Management got back to me quickly with any questions. Bathrooms have been updated since the pictures were taken, so that was a nice surprise. All in all i woudl not hesitate to rent here again.

Nice time, comfortable apartment

The house was quiet and comfortable. It was about three blocks from the beaches and less than 10 minutes from Kihei. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, although all of the pans are nonstick, which isn’t my preference. Maintenance was very responsive in fixing a loose/leaking shower head. The agency was very good to work with and assisted me with changing the reservation to accommodate a fifth person who ultimately did not come.

Comfortable Condo

This property was quite comfortable however I was disappointed with the showers. They were not as shown in the photos and are in need of new tiles. Otherwise we were quite happy with the unit, beds and furniture were good, the patio was very nice.

Comfortable unit in a great development

The renovation of this unit to fully enclose the second bedroom is an improvement to other units. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the club chairs on the lanai were a nice upgrade compared with other units. A/C mini splits in each room worked very well. The Palms is a great development - well kept pool area and a close walk to Keawakapu Beach. Would stay again!

Great Stay

The property was beautiful! The location was perfect. The house was stocked with chairs, umbrella, ice chests, extra bedding and blow ups if needed. 5 of us stayed comfortably. Kids had their own room and older daughter slept on couch bed . All worked out good! We would definitely stay again . Thank you

Pre Christmas Maui escape

1st time back to Maui since 2019 and our 3rd Palms @ Wailea stay. Four adults & one year old grandson for 2 weeks over US Thanksgiving. Unit is on north side of complex. Away from direct sun – perfect for the non-sunny bunnies in our clan. Very quiet. Pictures accurately reflect unit. We had to relocate some of the fining touches since our one-year-old grandson loved crawling everywhere. The renovation to 2nd bedroom with solid wall (compared to directional slider door in most other Palms 2 bedroom units) was fantastic for quiet daytime nap space for young one. Vacation Maui team was great helping us hook up with local baby rental provider. Big covered Lenai space was great - outdoor dining for six, two easy chairs and two loungers. Big green space with peak a boo view of water – good place to play with the cornhole board to see who did dishes. Private BBQ with two full propane tanks. Well stocked kitchen pots/pans/appliances – good blender, rice cooker (home poke bowls), toaster and drip coffee maker. Air conditioning control and fans in every room made setting comfort easy during day and night. SIX nice beach towels. Great bath linens. Beach bin has 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas & 2 coolers. Nice pool across parking lot from unit – easy access. Ten-minute walk through the garden green space in the center of the complex to Okalani Drive to reach two Keawakapoo beach access points – for sunrise beach walks. A piece of paradise

Convenient, quiet location. Tastefully furnished with plenty of space. Huge TV makes for easy movie nights, and the pool is close by for early swims before the beach. All in all a fantastic home base for exploring everything the island has to offer.

Exceeded my expectations!

This place was fantastic, exactly what we wanted and it exceeded our expectations. My wife and I and two teenage kids spent 10 days here. The pictures online are accurate. The house had all the amenities we needed. It included a starter pack of toiletries to hold us over until we could get to the market. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, utensils, etc. We had everything we needed for a 10 day stay.The rental also had two coolers, really nice beach chairs, and an umbrella that we used almost everyday. The beach towels were nice and not the “hotel” variety. There was even a cornhole set we used a few times. The place also has a hose to wash off stuff after the beach day which was a nice plus. The master bedroom had wireless phone/ watch/ AirPod chargers. The beds were comfortable and clean. The outdoor space had great seating for morning coffee, a nice dining area and our own grill. The propane did run out and was promptly refilled with a new tank the next day after I called. We used the pool a few times, which was right across the parking lot from the unit. It was very nice, especially during the day when other residents were still out for the day. The condo is located in great spot in Wailea near the resorts, so it’s an easy drive or walk to shopping, and restaurants. The beach is close enough to walk, especially for sunsets. The pool area has a beautiful landscaped open area where you can see the sunset as well. 10/10
