My daughter and I stayed in this condo and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect. The beach was in walking distance, we were very close to the boat launch where we took several whale watching trips and the Shops at Wailea were just down the road. A great Wailea location at a reasonable price.

Excellent location near to beaches and shops (by car). The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The main negative was that the bedside lights did not work, even though it was reported by us and also by a reviewer 17 month ago!Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms.

Palms of Wailea

First time staying at this unit, but have stayed many times at the Palms. We were a large, family group, so the Palms is ideal with its open grassy spaces for kids to play on, and spacious units and lanais for hosting friends. The pool, and the views from it to the ocean are lovely.This unit is very quiet, tucked away from the action, a pleasant spot, but no great views.The unit was very clean and an open layout, with nice furniture in the living and dining area, complete with a desk which was well used. Compared to others where I have stayed, though, there is no extra food items, like spices, oils, vinegars, etc left in the kitchen. The kitchen was supplied with all the expected dishes and cooking ware.My 'complaints' are minor, but little things help make a stay more comfortable, like a bedside light, better bedding, Tea towels and dishcloths (1 dishtowel was supplied, I went and bought more), kleenex, the safe was not working, coffee filters.We had a wonderful stay, and the Palms is a very nice and friendly complex.

Unit was very clean and had everything one can hope for. Had a not-great garden view and, no sun on the lanai but some people actually enjoy that. Can walk to the Wailea Shops and to the best beach. We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our too short a stay home, visiting family. Nice and equipped kitchen, cool A/C, quiet walks in the mornings, short drive to big beach which is also quiet in the morning. Listening to the birds over morning coffee is calming.

Very Nice Condo

We loved our stay at the Palms in Wailea. The condo was very modern, nicely appointed and close to everything to do in the Wailea area. We had great response time with the Property Manager and everything about our experience was positive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice unit

Loved the unit, well furnished, well decorated and nice location near the pool area. Lanai has plenty of seating options and is very quiet. Extra beach chairs, umbrella and cooler in the closet. Please note all BBQ,s have been removed from all units by the Maui Fire Dept. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed of this prior to arrival or shopping. There are a couple of community BBQ,s to use maybe 100 yards away. I’ve stayed in a few other units at The Palms and this is the nicest by far, I would highly recommend it.

Enjoyable experience

This condo was the 4th rental for us at Palms at Wailea. It was as described, and one of the more nicely appointed units we’ve stayed in. It was also the only first floor unit we’ve had, which was a plus when bringing in luggage. The only negatives were the reading lights on the bed, which weren’t operating, and the motion sensitive spot lights on the lanai, which seemed to turn on spontaneously, both day and night. Those things were frustrating, but minor. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The unit was wonderful, though more locked cabinets in the kitchen than unlocked. Made it hard to find a place to keep non perishables. Also, we found it was farther to the beach than we would have liked.

Superb Stay!

This unit blew us away. Everything we needed for a perfect Hawaiian vacation. The Palms is quiet and beautiful. Super location, quick walks to the beach or over to the Wailea shops. 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay here again. Sure wish the pool had umbrellas but now I’m just getting picky!
