"Eine große Enttäuschung, keine Heizung. Gäste sitzen mit Mützen und Jacken beim Frühstück welches eine Zumutung ist. Tassen schmutzig, billigste Zutaten, alles nicht genießbar. Zimmer kalt und abgewohnt und zusammengestückelt, Fernseher zerstört, kein Fluchtplan im Zimmer, Personal gibt sich uninteressiert und versucht noch Gästen Reservierung im eigenen schlechten Restaurant „mit den Worten es geben fast keine freien Tische fürs Dinner“ eine verbindliche Reservierung aufzuschwätzen. "
