I want to be very clear, the house itself was wonderful. Very clean, quiet, great location, plenty of room and had everything we needed. The only issues with house was lack of inspection, 8 light bulbs were burned out + 2 fans not working. We were unable to sit on the screened in porch at night or use the hot tub because all lights were out, Hallway light up dark stairs burned out so every night we used cellphones to find way upstairs/downstairs. Dozens of light switches and nothing labeled. The rental company "Beach reality NC" was garbage. Single most difficult process I'v ever encountered. Worst was the spam. I received 49 emails from booking to check out - all related to stay. I'm sure hundreds more would have come from marketing if I didn't unsubscribe. They wanted you to download an app and hunt through page after page just to be given the address of property. Used webpage which did not allow check in but had maybe a dozen side tabs with incomplete or outdated information once I figure out how to log in using a code buried in email a week earlier. Only way I could check in was to call. Had to wait on hold for 9 mins. It was so bad they even emailed me TWICE during vacation to say trash day was the following day. Different days from webpate. Why can't you send 1 email with address, trash days, wifi, check in dates, and number if you have a problem. I attempted to call the main office multiple times and could not get a hold of anyone. I'm talking about a tuesday morning, not a weekend night. I couldn't even check out, I had to leave a message on voicemail which was never returned. I'd love to rent this house again, but if Beach Reality NC is involved I'll avoid.
