We really enjoyed our stay here! We keep trying different types of properties, this one with a fenced in yard for our dogs, which is a rare find. It worked out great! The house was really nice, clean and had everything we needed. Ginny was extremely responsive as well. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Great stay and dog friendly

Very clean and same as the pictures shown. The fenced backyard is really nice for dog owners. Clear instructions communicated by the owner before the booked time window. It made the check in smoothly. We would love to stay here again whenever we visit OBX next time.

Wonderful getaway!

The house was very clean and well organized. We had a great three night trip and spent a lot of time playing and walking on the beach. Beds were all comfortable, great sitting room, and we loved the fenced backyard and crate provided so we could bring our dog!From the house you can walk to Starbucks, which my husband and I appreciated! Also very easy to get to Jocky Rosge Park, the aquarium, and Wright Brothers memorial - I recommend all! As usual we did a trip to Duck Donuts. This trip we also loved visiting the playground in Nags Head and the yarn shop nearby,.We hope and plan to stay here again!

Excellent Place to Stay

In many cases with rentals and hotels, online pictures do not accurately reflect the property when you arrive. However, that was NOT the case here. The house was amazing; it was so well maintained, very clean, and everything needed was there. The property owner (Ginny) was extremely accommodating and always replied immediately when contacted. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Outer Banks - and I strongly recommend this property for anyone visiting. Also, the location is so close to everything (beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.). My family and I are well pleased.

As someone who doesn’t typically vacations with their pets, this was the PERFECT rental. The fenced-in backyard was a great perk. The house was very clean and is accurate to the listing. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the OBX. Not to mention, you are a prime location for great restaurants.

This home was perfect!

Everything was excellent- from the host herself to their incredibly clean and comfortable home! It was a perfect stay for us to be close to family and celebrate mom’s 88th birthday. Just Like Home

The property is exactly as described. We had our 2 dogs with us and they loved having the back yard to run around and play ball as well as monitoring the neighborhood from the front balcony! The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Once we figured out the quickest route to the beach, we had fun walking the never ending beach! We’d recommend this house to all of our friends and family! A bonus feature was the neighbor, who was very friendly!

Quick family trip

My family and I came to the OBX for a quick weekend getaway to visit family. The house was the perfect location for us, as it was in the same neighborhood as my sister’s home. The house was clean and well organized. It was a very comfortable home away from home and with young kids that is ideal! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home for the weekend. We will definitely be making another trip soon and can’t wait to stay in this house again. Thank you Ginny for being so accommodating!

Quiet Off Season Stay w/ Puppy

Clean, just like the pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cleaning supplies were easy to find and useful for vacuuming up sand. Spacious enough for me, my boyf and our 9 month old puppy who loved the back yard and the quick ride to the beach. Dog crate was included in house which was awesome since we didn't want to haul his in the car. Lots of other dogs on the beach this time of year. This house would be perfect for just eat, sleep, beach in the summer. Host was very quick to respond. Also there are beach chairs included in the house so we brought our own but didn't need to.

Beautiful Beach House

Ginny was wonderful to work with. Home was super clean. I was able to walk around barefoot and my feet didn’t get dirty. The home is well stocked and maintained. Games were available to play on rainy days. Master bed is so comfortable. Location is perfect. Can walk to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Amazing place to stay to experience the wonderful attractions of Kill Devil Hills and Outter Banks

This property is an amazing place to stay. The location is a very short commute to anything we wanted to see, do and eat. My wife, my dogs and myself thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the neighborhood when we wanted to wind down. The neighbors are very friendly as well. I will absolutely be returning to this property for another amazing vacation!!!
