Staff was great. Easy check-in My only issue was the tub. It looked very nasty. Not dirty but the caulking around the inside of the tub needs to be removed and redone. Looks molded. Also breakfast was horrible. No fruit and the orange juice tasted nasty. Not much to chose as ypuve jad in the past. Hopefully it improves as we always stay jere whem we visit family. Brea

The rooms really need to be upgraded. Room I stayed in had leaking faucets, stained comforter and stained carpet. The staff was great and breakfast was delish. I would stay here again.

Conveniently located near family who are stationed at Fort Hood. Close to many restaurants and stores. We had a quiet 4th floor room and the housekeeping staff respected our privacy. All the staff we encountered during our 8 night stay were very friendly. Breakfast buffet could use a few more options but was otherwise sufficient. Will stay again during our next visit. We have previously stayed in the other two hotels in that immediate area, but the Comfort Inn is the best of the three.

Well pleased with our stay. The front desk ladies are pleasant to talk to and breakfast service was great. Housekeeping was disappointing, some days bed not made, room not cleaned. Coffee pods not replaced and went downstairs to get some. Except the young slim lady this past weekend was very helpful and efficient.
