Amusez-vous dans un condominium de luxe trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© directement sur la montagne! Cette copropriĂ©tĂ© fait partie de Topridge Condominiums situĂ© sur Sunrise Mountain et face Ă  Bear Mountain Peak (qui fait partie de la station de montagne Killington). Nous sommes le bĂątiment le plus proche de la piste Bear Cub. Cette maison est la propriĂ©tĂ© de mon mari et de moi-mĂȘme. CE QUE VOUS VOYEZ EST CE QUE VOUS OBTENEZ!(contrairement Ă  d'autres listes Killington qui sont gĂ©rĂ©s par une sociĂ©tĂ© de location-avec un numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone pour appeler pour les tarifs, les rĂ©servations et la disponibilitĂ©)! Skiez votre propre porte arriĂšre jusqu'au Bear Peak Lodge et prenez le dernier Quad Ă  grande vitesse ou marchez de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue et descendez le sentier Upper Sun Dog jusqu'au Sunrise Mountain Lift. Cet ascenseur est gratuit, donc les dĂ©butants peuvent l'essayer gratuitement sans avoir Ă  payer pour un billet de remontĂ©e. Beaucoup de pratique de ski sans frais. AprĂšs une longue journĂ©e de ski, profitez du bain Ă  remous 8 personnes sur le pont avec une vue imprenable sur Bear Peak. Ensuite, allez dans le sauna pour vous rĂ©chauffer un peu.(LE SEUL SAUNA PRIVÉ CONDO À KILLINGTON). Le salon (avec plafond cathĂ©drale) / combinaison de salle Ă  manger est idĂ©al pour divertir ou simplement regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision ou un film sur la haute dĂ©finition. 50 'TV Plasma. Easy and quick communication with the owner, best location for ski in and out, this is our second time staying at this place for the purpose of location and multiple rooms and four bathrooms, unfortunately I have no comments on the cleanliness of the place, eventhough I have reached out to the owner on the first time we stayed two years ago, please use your imagination !

20 Year College Friends Annual Ski Trip

The property was perfect for our ski-in/ski-out preference. All 5 of us had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. The views, deck, hot tub, and sauna were outstanding after a long day skiing/boarding. Maureen and Dana were very responsive and available, communication was outstanding. I would absolutely rent this property again.

Just an awesome condo. Great ski in and ski out with amazing views of the Beast of the East. With the stocked kitchen, giant hot tub, and even a sauna, just a great place for a ski vacation. Will be booking for a return for sure.

Great location and space

Third time renting and will likely continue in the future

This unit has a great mix of bedrooms, bathrooms and fantastic views from the deck. The property owner is easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with. Please take care of the place if you stay here, as it is clearly owner occupied for much of the time.

Wow -incredibly difficult

The property owner sent an additional 3 page contract that she required I sign, despite the different terms vs vrbo contract (ie number of guests allowed). Also included was some ridiculous language that if the snow cloud came and we did not move cars (say on slopes) that would be charged, among many other things. Refund/cancellation was refused an option. I’m not even kidding when I tell you she sent me 15 emails (literally) with different topics that needed amending, such as a witness for the contract signature and resending in a way her “software worked” because she couldn’t open the jmage. All this for a TWO night stay. Once there, place is pretty nice, location good on mountain. Not exactly ski in ski out but a short walk/hike. Can be tricky if snow to get to slopes via foot. Definitely tricky without 4wd in snow. Other than the sauna not working, everything else was OK. We did not mess with the TV because there were warning notes about a $50 fine if the input source was not changed back to exactly where it was. A whole list of additional rules, policies and fines for breaking any of these rules was left on the table. I’m sure Maureen is a fine lady, just seems a little over-protective to rent property. The constant heckling/oversight, rules and emails became so extreme that my group found entertainment in it, so that was a plus I guess.

Great White at Sunrise

Process was straightforward, simple. No issues. Non refundable status made me pause in this Era of Covid but ultimately it was the only place i found that could host 8, slopeside, with private hot tub so I bit the bullet and hoped for the best. Other than having expected guests canceling and leaving me with the bulk of the bill, the place itself is wonderful, everything was as described although slope access can be challenging in deep snow. No clear or visible path..... Basically trudging in deep snow until you reach trails which are nearby.

Unit was perfect for our family reunion ski trip, ample room for group dinners apres ski, and hot tub/sauna were a big plus. Thanks for a lovely getaway Maureen, everything was even better than advertised!

This is a great condo on the Bear Mountain side of Killington. The property is well kept and clearly the owners use it themselves a great deal of time. Don't hesitate to rent this unit and please take care of it as if it were your own.

Better Than Expected

All I can say is Wow! My family and I were looking for a true ski in ski out vacation and this property exceeded our expectations in so many ways. This property was very unique as it's positioned on the edge of Bear Mountain and also Sunrise Village. You just walk outside with your ski boots on and hit the slopes within seconds. It was perfect for our young children and very easy to take breaks in the middle of the day. The hot tub, pool table and sauna made it very fun for everybody. There was plenty of space in more beds than we needed and the best part is there was a mud room to keep all your ski stuff and right when you walk in the door with tons of hooks and storage. The homeowner, Maureen was amazing and helped us with all our needs and local information. You really can't beat it. We will be back for sure. - A very happy renter
