ALWAYS easy check in, ALWAYS immaculate room. ALWAYS friendly folks. Absolutely affordable. Great family run business. Renovations have been done and are still ongoing. It is in anyone’s best interests to stay here!

Young woman at reception was wonderful. Even gave me one of her personal stools for shower. This was the problem, nothing is handicapped accessible. No hand rails and no place to manouver a walker or chair. Would suggest at least safety bars in tubs. Very cool place though an very convenient

Stop in Kingman

Family run motel. Older but in very good and clean condition. It’s quiet and comfortable right at the edge of the historic downtown. Nice to place to stay if you are in Kingman

Affordable and Overall Good

The Good - all of the people at the front desk were so nice! Arizona Inn is located next to popular Route 66 sights and businesses. The pricing was affordable. The Not so Good - when I entered my room for the first time, I noticed the desk / table and its chair had potato chips and pretzels crumbs. I went to the front desk and asked if someone could come and clean it and it was cleaned immediately. I also noticed the bathroom had a light musty smell and I assumed it was because the building is old. When I was going to take a shower, I noticed the shower curtain was brownish towards the bottom. I went to the front desk and it was replaced immediately.
