Stayed here by myself while attending a horse-related clinic just outside of town. Worked perfectly for my needs and management was most helpful if/when had inquiry. Conveniently located in terms of touristy area and close to I-40.

Reliably clean and comfortable - great value!

Stay here passing through at least once a year and cleanliness and comfort are consistent. Location is walkable to downtown restaurants, shops, etc.

Comfortable, well-appointed & good location

The home was very cozy and the backyard space was well appointedand felt very private. Loved all the greenery that hosted birds. We used the clean grill, the Ninja blender and loved that the home was stocked with Melaleuca products and very soft sheets and an abundanceof towels and lap blankets. The king bed was a bit too soft for us when paired with very full pillows. That said, the only reason we probably won't stay again is due to the street parking. Not safe to leave car at most convenient spot near gate door entrance because car likely to get side-swiped, making unloading and re-packing car less convenient. We took advantage of proximity to Loop bike paths, and good location to shopping and dining.

If you are staying in Kingman it’s hard to beat this place. Great price for a clean room and very convenient to downtown where there are a lot of great dining options.

Always a great stay!

This hotel has been great every time I have stayed here! The staff are friendly and even remembered me even though it has been 7 months since I was last here! Rooms are clean and quiet and parking is great!

This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and easy to pack things from car to room. It was quiet and the fridge worked well. Shower was hot and steady on temp. I highly recommend this no nonsense very clean motel.
