I did not like that the office was on the other side of Dennys restaurant you have to walk to the office to get wash clothes and toilet paper.. the bed was a old coil spring mattresses that was wore out ten or more years ago . First morning we had no wash clothes and a very little amount of TP. I called to tell them they said housekeeping would be told and it would be taken care of. Upon our return that evening no supplies called office they said I don’t labor why they told you that you have to come get what you need..I would never stay here again it’s bad I dare say almost the worst I’ve endured trying to save a couple bucks. Do not recommend this property at all.

Asked for handicap accessible room for my brother who needs to be in. His wheelchair and did not get a room that was easy for him to get too my brother fell out of his wheelchair off the curb and hit his head on the concrete.. the bathroom had hair all over the window was broke and the ac unit is full of dust.. my daughter room has no lights no outlets that work and the Ac units are dusty as well staff was very sweet and helpful but we will not be stay here again

We got to the hotel and before we even waked through the door there was garbage everywhere. Once inside there was some yellow slime on the bed. Opened the shower and there was hair everywhere. Went to the front desk to let them know we would not be staying there and wanted a refund. Tried getting in tough with the manger and the lady at the desk was being . Long story short we did not get a refund and what ever you do do not stay there.

Terrible experience.

The stay was terrible as soon aa we walked in. The odor was bad, found roaches in the bathtub and crawling on the tv stand. The tv did not work, the outlet we tried had no power to it. Overall it waa a very disappointing stay.

Second day we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and a plastic cup for brushing teeth. Met the crew leader who cleans the rooms and she apologized and said that if they don’t get to our room that day (Sat) then it would definitely be on Sunday. Got back to the room Sunday night, not cleaned. Garbage overflowing, no fresh towels. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. So bad we didn’t even stay, as soon as we saw the room we returned the key cards and found a CLEAN hotel. There were cockroaches and fleas in the room that we found immediately. Next there was literally blood stains everywhere in the room, all over the floor and the walls. The blankets had stains all over them and the locks to the door didn’t work and had been broken. Pretty sure a murder occurred in there. Would never recommend that anyone stay here. -100 out of 10.

The first thing i noticed at check in was all the signs saying absolutely no refunds. First red flag. After that it was the weekly and monthly rates for locals. I got to my room and everything was filthy. The walls were smeared with dirt and the blankets were stained. The bathroom didnt have toilet paper and there was dirt on everything. When you turned on the TV there was no stations, the sink poured water from below the drain to the floor. The housekeeping carts were outside covered in dirty rags and trash. The entire place was horrible.

We checked in had to drive over to the other side of Dennys to go to our room (yes the office is not attached to the rooms it is in the other side of a restaurant). The light switch when you walk into the room does not turn anything on, the sheets had stains and holes in them under the pillows were bugs there were bugs in the floor and a fork under the bed. The lamp shades had holes in them too. It was not cleaned very well at all.
