Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances. A separate bar top and stools provide additional seating for guests.

The covered patio provides a stunning view of the sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, and Lake LBJ. A built-in propane BBQ grill lets you eat like a local and fans provide a cool breeze in the Texas summer! Enjoy the large grassy lawn that leads down to a private, 2-story boat dock.

* The pool can be heated for $130/day. (plus tax). Please provide 48 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool so we can make sure the propane tank is topped up.

* The boat slip and lift are not available for use. You can tie your boat to the side of the dock if you have bumpers but we must approve it first. Please inquire prior to arrival

THINGS TO NOTE

1) This is NOT a party residence. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. 

4) We do NOT allow pets at this property.
