Property needs some repairs

The bed was comfortable and clean, but the linens were torn and showed dog teeth marks. The toilet paper holder was missing. The hallway carpet tiles are loose and lifting, and are a significant tripping hazard.we did pay less than the typical rate, but the additional pet fee of $30 seems excessive. Minimal breakfast offerings, but they did have waffles.

The room was good. The bathroom has things wrong with it. There was no soap dish in the shower, you had to lay the soap on the floor, and no toilet paper holder. Just somethings that are convenient.

My son and I were traveling for a family visit. The room I had booked was, I thought, supposed to have a tub, it didn't. The shower was a nice walk-in, so I didn't ask for a different room, however the soap and shampoo had been left from the previous tenant. The coffee maker in the room didn't have the tray to hold the coffee filter, but the nice lady at the front desk got one for me. The beds were very comfortable, and the front desk staff very nice. The bathroom was just very upsetting. Nobody wants to see hairy soap in their shower.

I wish I could say I had some likes regarding the property but I can't at this time. I had a problem with my room. The bed appeared to be slept in, and there was hair on both sides of the bed on the top sheet and the bottom sheet. I went back downstairs, explained my dissatisfaction and requested a refund. The attendant was not able to help me and stated the manager would call me the next day. I never received the call still waiting till this day. I also went back by the property two days later the manager was not there and it was also stated that they would call me. Almost one week later still no return from the property manager. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. very disappointed with the hotel. pictures of the room conditions were also presented to the hotelattendant.

A+ hotel - service & price!

This location is a regular stop for my travel between south Florida and SC. The staff is always polite and well-prepared, and the room is always clean. Breakfast is on-time and fresh. Price is excellent, and it's near the interstate (I-95), gas, and food options. Great choice for a hotel!

This property is being renovated. My room stank of oil paint. The toilets and the shower had not been properly cleaned. The bed was clean. The door lock latch had been removed, for painting I guess, and had not been replaced. Hotel management needs to check before putting rooms back into service

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had some used cups left in it and no toilet paper. Overall location fits our travel well and is a clean, safe hotel. Will definitely be staying again.

It was good.

My room was clean and just about everything worked except for one bedside lamp. And the door stop on the room door was held up by duck tape. The one ice machine in the entire hotel was not working and the only sign indicating that was on the machine itself. I’ve stayed there several times and always had a nice visit. There’s always a hiccup now and then.

My room was given to someone else that used Expedia. I was transferred at 1:30 am to another hotel and was given a non-accessible room which was very difficult for me. From what I did see this was DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!!
