Clean room staff was friendly and helpful. The ice machine look like it had mold on the ice shut i was disappointed because there wasn't a coffee maker in the room but there was coffee in the lobby. But for the price of the room it was very good. I would stay again.

The first room that was shown to me had a sticky floor with dog poop on the ground. There was crumbs all over the floor and some type of goo on the counter near the bathroom. Staff was notified, and I was shown a second room that was much cleaner, but it had cockroaches in the bathroom. Overall, it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed at and some of the staff were not hospitable.

The air-conditioning was pretty much nothing more than the fan blowing. I was asked not to park on the side my room was on but on the oposite side of the hotel in case someone older came and needed access to their room. Im 50 and a disabled veteran, but i went along with her and parked way out of the way. Ill never stay there again and if ANYBODY else is considering a stay trust me don't

No TV channels/service. Got tv service going , then could not work the TV with remote (front desk did not know how to program /link the remote....had to get up and manually change sound/channels/turn tv off/on. Room condition was average.

I was denied check in because I arrived late even though the terms and conditions show no cut off time for check in. Room was fully prepaid but front desk told me that reservation was marked as a no-show and wouldn't give my prepaid room. They basically stole my money. I paid for service and received no service. They also wasted my time. If there was a cut off time I wouldn't have driven all the way to the Motel, I would have gone elsewhere. Horrible customer service and a place that can't offer the service they were paid for. I will stay there again or at any Motel 6 or any G6 Hospitality property. I was planning to stay at Motel 6 Kingsport for 1 night every weekend for a whole year but I will look for another place now. This motel stole my money. Don't stay there.

The room was very dirty and there were bugs in the sink and crawling on walls. We had to ask for clean sheets because the sheets were dirty on one bed. Inside was very rundown and needs a little TLC. The noise was awful. The maid needs retrained or someone needs to check after the cleaning. The floors were so dirty and looked like they have not been mopped in a VERY long time. Beds are very uncomfortable and there are tiny pillows.
