While the rooms and the hotel were nice, I requested a copy of my bill and I was told they had no printer to one, but it would be emailed to me, so it has been over a week and I still have not received anything, not the greatest customer service.

It wasn’t horrible. My friend and I stayed in a pet friendly room. Beds seemed clean. Floor was dirty,still had left-over dog excrement from previous guest. Room was damp. Quiet neighbors.
Floors need mopped after every visitor.
Unfinished floors, found my dog chewing on something under sink area.
High humidity,paint peeling from above shower area.

Booked the reservation thru Expedia. I drove to a convention, when I checked it. They said "We don’t rent rooms to anyone, that resides WITHIN 60 miles. I had to find another hotel for the weekend. If their policy is no reservations for anyone that resides within 60 miles. Why did they accept the reservation?
