The hotel is older and shows it but at least it wad clean. The only problem i had was the heat/AC unit under the window was very noisy and annoying. As a light sleeper it was very distracting. Overall i give it a 3 rating

Need more fresh fruit, yogurt, skim Milk not just whole, Think more about those waning to eat healthier 1st room reeked of smoke 2nd room no heat. - took 2 hours maintenance still couldn’t fix 3rd room was ok. Hallways are dark and gloomy, needs a painting, carpet needs replacing. No tea in room as indicated there would be. Staff not helpful later in evening. Breakfast not worth $17.95. Best staff over extended maintenance man (Tony) Long term lady in dining room (Rose) and staff Chris. Manager not available at check out so that I could speak directly, Why would I stay at a Best Western Plus again?

First of all they wanted a $25.00 fee for early check-in. I book on line with breakfast but when I got there, they said their policy has change and now it was $17.00. The lighting in the hallways is real dim. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Myself and several members of my traveling group were bumped out of the rooms we chose at reservation. The staff insisted that I booked the room I was given, despite me having a receipt to the contrary. Regardless, they were not able to accommodate me.

Double booked my room so someone entered my room around 9pm shock to see me coming out of the bathroom. The shower soaps were broken off the wall in the the shower and sitting on the sink counter. Booked a King room and was given a double queen. Staff did not acknowledge me entering or checking out.
