The housekeeping staff walked into the room while my 14 year old was sleeping and we were down at breakfast. My daughter asked him to come back later and he ignored her and continued to strip the beds. She had to lock herself in the bathroom because she was upset and didn’t know what to do. When we reported it the housekeeper said he used his translator to talk to my child and she said to come in. He didn’t use a translator and she said to come back. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

This hotel was beautiful and our room was perfect for our 1-night stay. Good variety at breakfast. Parking was easy and convenient. We are also grateful this is a pet-friendly hotel and our pup was spoiled by the staff when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again on another trip!

The front desk staff during check-in was very pleasant. Parking was easy and straightforward. The breakfast was okay. This might be becuase we were a bit late for the breakfast. Location might be a bit too far out of the city, feeling like it was in the middle of nowhere.

This used to be my go to hotel when I am visiting in kingston, this time we were given an outdated room with terrible beds the mattresses were caved in and pillows were bad, last few times we stayed in a totally different floor it seems. Breakfast was basic, parking was great.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and a friend a couple of weeks ago, and we really enjoyed the overall service and attention from the people at the front desk to the cleaner and at the restaurant. In addition, the hotel is well located, close to the Hwy. 401 and not far from the downtown. I will highly recommend it.

Came here for a work event for 3 nights, 2 of the 3 nights we had to call front desk due to severe noise from other guests in the hallways and nearby rooms. Room was very clean and tidy however the lack of sleep due to noise issues greatly disappointed. Breakfast was limited and ran out of meat to enjoy with other hot food. Otherwise food was average
