Couldn’t get the TV working, the remote had no input button so I couldn’t change the input therefore couldn’t get the TV on the girl at the front desk said all you had to do is call down and we could come and fix that for you but that’s terribly inconvenient that should not happen

Appreciated the hot breakfast but eggs are tasteless. Toilet is very low and there is no hand held shower ; except for the soap and hand lotion no other product is offered in he bathroom. Otherwise the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Room was in a good condition overall. There were termites like insects in the washroom, saw 4 of them. The thermostat control was not working, repairman came to fix. After fix it will only provide heat if is set to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Any less, it would start blowing cold air. There was a problem with a very heavy wall hangar, it was loose, complained,twice never got fixed. Otherwise, the room was very spacious. Breakfast is quite good as well.

Excellent accommodation, no complaints. But we were surprised they charged a fee of $6 to park in their large open parking lot beside the hotel! It was in the outskirts of Kingston so there was no reason to be concerned about parking, like they would be in a downtown hotel.

For the room, bec the bed is too high, my wife is PWD and were requesting a thin mattress to change the thick one but they dont have available. So my wife sleep in the sofa for 2 nights. Good thing there is sofa in our room. Anything else are good.
