I love that my room was mopped/wiped every morning. Housekeeping staff Latoya was “Amazing” Hotel was conveniently located, I was quickly able to moved around, 5mins walk to Devon House. Both Jamaican and Continental Breakfast were served. I most definitely enjoyed the freshly cooked dumplings, yam and banana with different meat or vegetable. Restaurant staffs were kind, courteous and professional. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant!!!

2 stars, significant room for improvement I would not stay here again. The property has considerable potential; however, it requires meaningful renewal if it hopes to be regarded as more than a 2 star experience. Most concerning were the interactions with the front desk, which conveyed a lack of trust toward guests. The supervisor (female) communicated in a notably cold manner that appeared to anticipate problems rather than facilitate solutions. By contrast, the bar staff and security team were consistently friendly and professional. They were attentive and, at times, seemed apologetic regarding guest concerns, which was appreciated. The pool area did not align with the promotional images. On a positive note, the air conditioning functioned well. Prospective guests may wish to confirm amenities and inclusions in writing prior to arrival, as I spent approximately 95 minutes with Hotels.com while they advocated for what had been promised. Given the number of alternative accommodations available, I will be exploring other options upon my return next month.

Although the room was clean and staff was great, there were a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable. The wifi was not the best connection, the room had a non functional tv and the lights kept going off in the night

Arriving at the R I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the pleasant staff.I had actually come here for lunch-before and it was delicious,!They didn’t disappoint,breakfast was superb.My kitchenette was clean and had all the necessities.If you need to cook carry a small pot or frying pan.But believe me you are not going to need it.Good food ,good vibes!Near everything.
