The hotel and suite were great, however we went down to the breakfast 6 days and a dinner, we never saw or had a server come to our table or were we offered water or coffee which I saw all the other tables, terrible serves. Would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean, customer service was exceptional they even accomadated late checkout. The price was very reasonable for the New Kingston area. The complimentary breakfast was nice and eating outside was quaint and cozy. It is an older hotel that is currently undergoing rennovations. I was not disappointed.
