Peaceful, cul-de-sac neighbourhood, close to all Kingsville has to offer!

Beautiful open concept kitchen/living room. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook a gourmet meal!

King master suite & second queen suite. Both rooms have comfortable mattresses, lots of pillows, smart tv's, ceiling fans, bedside tables, dresser, large closets, white noise machines and luxurious bedding. Did I mention the in-floor heating system!

Cozy up to the fireplace in the winter or enjoy the concrete patio with gas fire-pit in the summer or winter! Living room is large with conversational seating near the fireplace and kitchen.

Like warm towels...enjoy the heated towel rack. Enjoy the rainfall shower head or the large soaker tub. The mirrors have back lighting and you can adjust the color temp.

Samsung Frameless tv's in kitchen/living room. Remotes are solar powered so you find them in a window sill. Sono's speakers throughout the home. Please download the app to connect.

Umbrellas provided for those rainy days we have sometimes.

Tree lined quiet street right in the heart of town. Sit on the private deck outside the kitchen patio doors to the backyard and enjoy your morning coffee. Take a stroll or bike ride on the greenway just around the corner. Walk to town and enjoy a gourmet meal, world class chocolatier, local baked goods, coffee shops or some boutique shopping. Purchase some farm raised meat for the Bbq from the local butcher.

Check out the many area wineries, (special collaborations with Coopers hawk, Vivace & Sprucewood) on your own or with GrapeVine Tours, whom we have set up a special deal with for our guests (please inquire).
Essex county has some of the best vineyards in the world!

Spend some time at Lakeside park or walk a little further to the working harbour where you may spot some American white Pelicans in the summer. You can also book a ferry over to Pelee Island for the day, hop on at the Kingsville terminal(Aug - Dec) a 2 minute drive from your home away from home. Further to the East (about 20 minute drive) you will find Point Pelee National Park and many other conservation areas.

Pamper yourselves at 'Estate of Health' day spa, couples massage maybe? - a 5 minute walk away.

Take in a golf game at one of the nearby courses, 9 or 18 holes.
