This is a grand spot right next to the sea and with lovely walks over to Goat Island at low tide spotting gulls and oystercatchers. Your cottage-in-a-row is open plan and absolutely charming with local art on the walls, plenty of comfy seating, a wood-burner and lots of good books. On sunny days you can sit in the front garden enjoying the views and planning your next move.
The kitchen has ample prepping space, bonny china, colourful plates on the walls and more fabulous views. An honesty pantry has all the basics- you just replace what you might use. Two simple bedrooms have painted wooden panelling, hooks for clothes and gorgeous bed linen. They share a large gleaming bathroom with walk-in shower.
Explore the local town of Kinsale, 3 miles away, with its lovely cafes, pubs and restaurants. Walkers, golfers, swimmers and sailors alike will love this part of West Cork, the gateway to the Wild Atlantic Way.
After a great day out and about, collect your fish and chips from the bridge and settle down by the log burner or sit out on the lawn and look up at the stars - the night sky is magical over our piece of heaven.
