The Villa is located just 3 minutes walking from the famous beach of Falasarna and very close to a supermarket and restaurants. The exterior offers a private pool, a BBQ and a dinning area, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent Falasarna sunset. Inside, the villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.

This two-story villa consists of two bedrooms, one on each floor. Luxury and modern design complete the landscape of contemporary architecture and high quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen featuring high quality appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a more enjoyable experience.
The villa offers a dining area for 6 people and a living room with a large flat screen smart TV. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, fully equipped to help you have relaxing moments with privacy. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with satellite TV, private bathroom and access to the terrace where the view of the sea is amazing! The extensive use of wood and stonework inside and outside the villa combines the elegant and minimalist design that connects natural elements smoothly with modern architecture.

Outdoors, you will find a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas that make it the perfect spot to relax while gazing at the magnificent Falasarna sunset. Close to the pool there is a dining area for moments of relaxation for you and your family, along with a barbecue and chairs.

The location of the villa is in a very ideal spot and nothing can interrupt the magnificent view of the Cretan sea and the mountains. The elevated position offers great views from the infinity pool, terrace and interior. The most famous sandy beach of Falasarna with crystal blue waters is located about 450 meters from the villa. The villa also is located 1 minute walking from a supermarket and a bakery, while also close to many taverns.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
