The Space:

As you arrive, soft Florida sunshine welcomes you into the front dining room, where a spacious table for seven basks in natural light—ideal for family meals and morning coffee alike. The kitchen invites you to cook up your favorites, featuring rich red wood cabinetry, gleaming brown granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy nook with seating for four, plus a convenient breakfast bar with three seats for casual dining.



Upstairs, retreat to the quiet loft with a small table and two chairs, a perfect nook for reading or conversation. Need to catch up on work or print out those last-minute theme park tickets? You’ll find a dedicated workspace complete with a printer ready to meet your needs.



Downstairs, the living room beckons with soaring ceilings, a plush sectional sofa, and a smart TV for movie nights or downtime. Sunlight floods the room through a wall of windows, leading you out through double doors to the true centerpiece of the home—the private poolside retreat. Here, dive into the sparkling pool, soak in the bubbling hot tub, or fire up the grill for a cookout under the stars. Plenty of comfy seating invites you to lounge and soak in the Florida evenings. The loft offers a foosball table and sitting area.

You’re less than 30 minutes from Walt Disney World’s legendary parks—Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom—as well as Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney Springs, all offering world-class entertainment, dining, and shopping.

This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests across five private bedrooms, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style for your group.



· Bedroom #1 features a cozy queen-size bed.



· Bedroom #2 is a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom boasting double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



· Bedroom #3 includes two twin beds and a smart TV—ideal for kids or friends.



· Bedroom #4 offers a king-size bed and a smart TV for your relaxation.



· Bedroom #5 delights with a fun Magic Kingdom theme and two full-size beds, perfect for little Disney fans.



The home also includes two (2) additional full guest bathrooms: one with a single vanity and walk-in shower, and another with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo—plenty of space for everyone to freshen up comfortably.



Please note that the Pool & Hot Tub are not heated and heating is not currently available



ADDITIONAL AMENITES:



· Washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.



· Driveway parking is available for two (2) vehicles.



· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras – one at the entryway monitoring the foyer, and one at the garage keeping an eye on the driveway and street – for peace of mind.



· Highchair and portable crib are also available for families traveling with little ones.

· Onsite grill rental for $95, ideal for outdoor cookouts.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

· Garage is off-limits for guests. A lock has been installed and is no longer accessible.

· Effective 8/8/2026, the first floor bedroom is off-limits for guests.
