Fully furnished/equipped, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, only 10-15 minutes from Downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee, 25 minutes from Sevierville, 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge/Dollywood, and around 1 hour from Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountains (all pending traffic conditions of course). Convenient access to grocery stores, shopping and local restaurants.

Probably the best/prettiest home we've rented! The size was perfect and the neighborhood was really nice and quiet. We ended up putting both our kids in one room, but loved that there was a third room in the house. Entire house (floors, countertops, bathrooms, towels, sheets, etc.) was very clean and even smelled new! We didn't have time to play outside, but the front and back yards looked really nice. We parked the car out front, but I was happy there was an option to use the garage in case of bad weather. The owner was very thorough with their instructions, so check-in and check-out were super easy. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Knoxville!

Beautiful, comfortable home close to everything

We needed a comfortable space for our family. We wanted everyone to have their own room. This place delivered just what was important for us. We were close to everything we wanted to do and had the most comfortable resting place in between. The house was super cute and clean. The beds were so amazing !!!! The big, jetted tub was a hit too! The entire process from booking to checking out were made easy because communication was top notch. Elizabeth responded almost immediately when I messaged her. We had a special request at checkout and she was honest and accommodating with us, which was so helpful.

Amazing

After this amazing experience I would definitely do it all over again. The house is extremely spacious, the beds were all very comfortable, everything was extremely clean, the neighborhood is also very quiet. This was absolutely perfect for my family and I. I recommend this home to anyone who has kids or looking to stay for a few days. The host was very supportive, friendly, and easy to contact if we had any questions or concerns. 10 out of 10 recommended !! Definitely book now if you’re considering.

PERFECT Location

This home was GREAT! Accommodations were exactly as stated in description and felt even better than described. We are usually concerned with spaciousness and ease of floor plan but this home surpassed all expectations for two couples. Everything was well kept and clean. The host is very responsive and kind. We highly recommend booking this home for your next trip to Knoxville. We will definitely try and book again next time we are in town visiting out family. Thank you so much for hosting us.
