"Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Baby im Büro Rasa zu Gast – und es war einfach perfekt. Waren ausruhen sich viele deutschsprachige Gäste vor Ort! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Man hat an zahlreiche Kleinigkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten für die ganze Familie gedacht. Es gab wirklich absolut nichts auszusetzen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – wir haben uns jederzeit bestens betreut gefühlt.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war, dass wir bei der Abreise auf Koh Samui die Palita Lounge nutzen durften, bis unser Flug am späten Nachmittag startete. Das war eine enorme Erleichterung. Ich vermute aber, dass es mit dem zusammenhing, dass wir unsere Abreise via Speedboot über das Hotel gebucht haben!
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – besonders Familien mit Kindern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"
