We had a great time at the property, we only wish we could stay longer! Great location near the station and surrounding attractions. Beds were comfy, and everything was as described. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Nice two story home to rent. Parking right out front. Several grocery stores and places to eat nearby. Kitchen was good to cook in. Very close to the lake area and you can absolutely see Mt. Fuji from the upstairs living room! Only one email was in English and the other emails were not easy to translate. We would stay again. Kids loved the Netflix.

Long Emails in Japanese Language

The Group operates numbers of hotel and restaurants in Japan. However all emails are long and in Japanese, which really only Japanese can understand. Also I found a strange of hair on futon.

全体的にキレイなテラスハウスでした。 ただ加湿器の中が汚かったり、和室にゴミが落ちていたのだけ残念でしたが… 子ども小さいうちはホテル、旅館より手軽で泊まりやすく、子ども達も喜んでいたので良かったです。 近くの日帰り温泉も良かったので概ね満足です！
