Property is new and well furnished however their mattresses on the ground floor are too thin.

リビングは2階ですが、トイレやシンクが1階にしかないので不便でした。 建て付けが悪いのか、車が通るたび、ガタガタ音がするので気になりました。 Netflix見放題となっていましたが、見れずがっかりしました。

大人数だったので、普通の風呂では、給湯器のパワーが不足していると感じたが、メンバーの半数以上がサウナに満足していたので、よかった。2階との間の階段が急なので、年寄りには注意が必要だった。

１Ｆが、残念…

施設方からのご連絡は、すぐにメールがこまめにきてよかった。 備品等も不自由なくは一応揃っていた。 申し訳ありませんが施設内がカビ臭くて 特に１Ｆキッチン、和室、お風呂は 最悪でした。 ２Ｆは家具等ベッドもキレイで快適でしたが。 お風呂のリフォーム希望。

階段以外は〇

とても快適に過ごせました。 富士山も良く見えました。 築年数がかなり経っていましたが リノベされていて綺麗でした。 エアコン、ガスファンヒーター、サーキュレーター、加湿器はきれいで とてもありがたかったです。 皆様仰っている通り とにかく階段が怖いです。 小さなお子さんや高齢者などは 控えた方が良さそうです。

トイレの窓が開けっ放しで 電気を付けたら蛾がいたので ビックリしました。 あと布団からでっかい埃が出てきたのも ちょっとなーとは思いました。 きちんと食器や洗剤、 Netflixが見れたのは良かったです◎

チェックインはホテルの場所と異なると記載があったが、前日にチェックインの方法として、ホテルの場所で済ませる内容だった。どちらの情報が正しいのかわからなかったため、前日のチェックイン方法の案内にて直接向かう旨を記載してほしかった

comfortable！

大人2人、未就学の子ども3人の5人で泊まりましたが、布団3組、ベッド2台が準備されており、とても広々と寝ることができました！ 子どもが大声を出しても、泣いても、ベッドで飛び跳ねても、周りに気を使う事なく過ごせたので、快適でした！ 車で5分のところに、大きなスーパーがあり、買い物も不便しませんでした。
広々として使いやすいキッチンでした。
