Beautiful views but needs some TLC

Views are beautiful, most of the staff are helpful and friendly. The buggy boys are amazing. Garden rooms is good size but there is just a small balcony with no place to sit. The bathroom has huge Jacuzzi which we never used and we would prefer to give up this for some usable outside space. Pool is nice but there is just a few loungers for the amount of hotel guests. The loungers are the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. After few minutes of laying on it you can feel every metal bar! Breakfast is ok but if it is not included in your hotel room price, do not bother and go somewhere else, unless it is very cheap. I would stay here only if I found a good deal.

fantastic setting - great views

lovely hotel - you need to be able bodied - very steep hill - although the hotel ship guest up & down in a golf buggy which is great. staff wonderful always smiling - only bug bear really is the price charged for drinks & food - quite expensive which is a shame because in the evening most guests leave the hotel & go to town as it is so much cheaper, if it was a little more reasonable I'm sure guests would eat & drink at the hotel.

KC BETTER THAN OK!!

We were desperate for winter sun,relax,take in Asian culture and cuisine in a comfortable enviroment!KC resort,staff and Koh Samui delivered on all counts and we can't wait to get back !

Die Zimmer sind gross. Frühstück keine gute Auswahl. Viel zu wenig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Pool fast immer im Schatten. Wenig Liegestühle. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Allerdings entspricht es keinen 5 Sternen, die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und weisen teilweise Schimmel / Roststellen auf. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und sehr lecker. Die Preise im Hotel sind teilweise sehr teuer für Koh Samui,Taxis am besten immer am Strassenrand bestellen nicht übers Hotel.

Séjour en couple

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été acceptable. Néanmoins, je dois dire que j'ai été déçu par le rapport qualité/prix. En effet, le secteur villas et vieux et mérite d'être entièrement refait. La nuit, nous avons été dérangés par les moteurs de l'aire conditionné ainsi que de celui de la piscine. J'en ai informé le personnel qui a envoyé immédiatement un technicien, mais rien à faire. Ceci a duré tout notre séjour. Si le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bon, il n'a jamais varié en 2 semaines. Enfin, un point très positif, il est à relever que le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Merci à eux. Pour terminer, j'aurais apprécié de rencontrer le personnel de la direction.

Hotelli joka ei ollut odotusten arvoinen

Hotelli ei vastannut odotuksiamme. Huoneemme sijaitsi garden alueella joka tarkoitti siis sitä että olimme takapihan puolella ja parvekkeelle maisema oli todella mitään sanomaton. Parveke oli pieni ja siinä oli aikoastaan puska parvekkeen edessä suojana. Parvekkeella ei ollut pöytää eikä tuoleja koska siihen ei olisi sellaiset edes mahtuneet. Koko loman ajan alapuolellamme tehtiin jonkunlaista remonttia ja remontin äänet alkoivat aamulla ja päättyivät vasta illalla myöhään. Huoneessamme oli hyvät tilat. Suihkusta sen verran miinusta että siitä tuli ainoastaan kuumaa vettä eikä sitä saanut säädettyä ollenkaan viileämmälle. Loppupäivien aikana alkoi kylpyhuoneen kahdesta vesihanasta tulla huonolla paineella myös vettä. Etäisyys rannalle ja kaupunkiin oli myös pitkät. Kävellen meni puoli tuntia joten maksoimme aina taksista että pääsemme sinne. rannalle olisi päässyt nopeammin mutta olisimme joutuneet oikaisemaan toisten hotellialuiden läpi eikä se ollut suotavaa. Saimme myös selville että oikeastaan kaikki kuvat jotka olivat sivuillanne hotellia varattaessa olivat toisen hotellin kuvia joka sijaitsi rannalla noin 5-10km päässä meidän hotellistamme(hotellin nimi oli kc resort beach villas tai jtn vastaavaa). Me olisimme voineet kulkea sen hotellin ranta alueelle bussilla ilmaiseksi mutta aina piti tuntia ennen varata kyyti sinne ja senkin koimme hankalaksi sekä olisimme kuitenkin joutuneet maksamaan hotellin pyyhkeistä joka kerralta 50 batia. Henkiläkunta oli kyllä erittäin mukavaa ja palvelu hyvää muuten. Myös hotellissamme oli hienojakin huoneita mutta ne eivät nyt tällä lomalla kuuluneet meille. Emme siis kokeneet tätä hotelli kokemusta itse 5 tähden lomaksi hotellin osalta.

Endroit sympathique mais surtout les waters Villas

Tout d abord nous sommes arrivés de nuit et là !! superbe impression! Notre chambre des waters Villas !! Top !! Rien a redire , excepté la clim obligatoire un peu bruyante .. Le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner , grande déception du restaurant qui aurait vraiment besoin d être relooke, nous avons eu la sensation d être dans une cantine , il en ait de même pour la piscine commune de l hôtel des travaux de réfection son nécessaires et voir même urgent mais le point le plus choquant c est qu une grande partie de la vue de l hôtel est complètement masquée par une construction gigantesque abandonnée d un autre hôtel en ruines dont les photographes qui ont réalisés le site ce sont bien gardés de montrer ! En résumé cet hôtel est loin d être un cinq étoiles tant au niveau du site que des prestations !!
