Located centrally the house is 15 minutes walk to the Park Street Area and 10-15 minutes walk to other tourist destinations. The second floor has two rooms dedicated to Homestay. Your room has:

- Lockable storage space
- En-suite bathroom with towels, and hot water, shower gel
- A/C, a hot kettle, WiFi,
- Television with Amazon Firestick offering movies and TV Shows for free on Amazon Prime.
- Tea sachets
- An attached balcony
- The apartment is airy, pollution-free, and it feels like home.
★★ What To Expect -
-The homestay is located in one of the most posh localities in the city. All rooms are immaculately clean, with fresh sheets, a mosquito repellant, and have AC. You don't have to worry about bugs, stains, etc. I've travelled extensively and know these little things count :)
-Hosts are always around to guide you throughout.
-Hot and fresh vegetarian breakfast is provided everyday and is complimentary for all guests
-Other meals can also be provided with a nominal charge
-Laundry services are also provided at a nominal charge.
-- Cleaning is done everyday. We request our guests to leave the room open so that the cleaning can be done. There are no charges for that.

-The Forum Mall + multiplex is 1.7 Kms away. Lots of luxury and local brands, awesome food court, and 4-screen cinema; if you wish to see the latest movies.
-Enjoy a peaceful time at Minto Park frequented by morning and evening walkers. It's a 2-minute walk. Since you're in the posh location of Kolkata, almost all the popular attractions are within 2 kilometres radius like Victoria Memorial, Birla Planetarium, and St. Paul's Cathedral, Kalighat Kali Temple etc.
