E Komo Mai! Welcome to the sunny south shore of the majestic island of Kaua'i where Kiahuna Plantation Beach Home #104 awaits you! Relish in lush tropical grounds, orchid gardens, and at the ocean's edge: beautiful Kiahuna Beach - a golden crescent known for its calm clear waters.

This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style home features a spacious and comfortable open-concept living area on the ground floor just steps to the immaculate grassy lawn and surrounding tropical gardens. Nicely updated furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and your very own covered lanai make this a wonderful place to relax after the day's adventures.

Retreat to the Primary Suite which features a comfy king sized bed, quality linens and everything you need to settle in for a restful nights sleep after a long day of exploring the island.

While there is split A/C units for your enjoyment, the home stays nice and cool all year round with tropical trade winds and ocean breezes.

Smart TV, WIFI, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas are all provided in the home for guests to use during their stay.

Enjoy our membership access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (right across the street) to lounge at the swimming pool, play a game of tennis, and dine at the Cabana Bar and Grill.

Surfing, snorkeling, beach walking, paddle-board rental and more are all available right on the property. Kiahuna Beach is just about 650 ft. from unit #104. The Beach Hut can provide everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, sunscreen, snorkel gear, even sandcastle building supplies. Well-maintained gas grills and picnic areas are also conveniently located for your use.

There are also coin-op laundry facilities on the resort property for guest use for doing laundry.

It was a long walk up/down a hill to the beach. Not easy for older people. Check in area and unit was hard to find. Oh and don’t forget to bring extra toilet paper. The beach was small but nice grassy area available with lounge chairs. Good location.

Great Kauai Condo

Nicely updated, ground floor condo. Lots to appreciate here, tile floors, big shower, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, nice lanai and all the amenities of beautiful Kiahuna Plantation. We played pickleball every morning at Poipu Athletic Club just across the street. Wonderful stay.

Perfect way to celebrate 35th Anniversary!

First of all, everything in the description was 100% accurate, including the proximity to the beach. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The property mgmt was very responsive when I had a few questions. I would highly recommend this for those wanting a getaway in paradise that is both quiet yet accessible to many food and shopping options and of course, very close to an amazing beach! We also did some activities (zip lining, luau, whale watch excursion), and these were all very conveniently located (less than 15 minutes away in most cases). Note that while it was just my wife and me, this is also very family friendly should you wish to take younger folks as well. Something for everyone here! Oh, and yes, we do intend to return here! Aloha!

Poipu Stay

Everything as advertised. First time staying here at Poipu at a place that included access to the Athletic Club, which is GREAT! Gym surprised me, it’s a legitimate strength training gym. As to condo, everything fine. To pick nits: bed was average as condos go, very little condiments in kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas cheapo, not Tommy Bahama like most condos have. But everything worked, living room chairs recline, very comfy. This unit not very close to beach, but close to club.

Very nice unit

We enjoyed the stay. Good location. I liked the tile floor vs the units with carpet. Walk in shower was very nice. The A/C was great. The only thing we didn't like was the kitchen table. It was inconveniently in the middle of things so we didn't use it. It would be better if the table was angular instead of round, that way you could push it up to the wall and get it out of the way. But overall 5 stars.
