Everything else was excellent except its bathroom, rather small and its floor is slanted for water flow. The room came with the great view of mountains of Komagatake. Within walking distance to various attractions including famous Kozenji temple. The only reason I gave the rating of 4 is because of its bathroom.

I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx. 山の中にあるホテルでスキーを近くのゲレンデでするために利用させていただきました。人には教えたくないくらい素晴らしい滞在でした。具体的には周りのアルプスが綺麗で夜も星空が綺麗でした。温泉も露天風呂があり最高の湯加減で日頃の仕事の疲れを洗い流す事ができました。また夕食はバイキングだったのですが、想像超えたシェフのこだわりの料理をいただくことができました。駐車場にはEVスタンドもあり利用させていただきありがたかったです。料金もほんと？というぐらいな料金設定で大満足でした。

自然探訪の行事参加がお勧め

駒ヶ岳は見えませんでしたが、周辺の山に朝日があたり、南アルプスの影か変化が一様でなく、趣ある日の出でした。 　朝食は十分な品質と量で楽しめます。自然探訪の行事としてムササビと星空があります。ホテルの直ぐ横でムササビの飛行を見られました。案内の人は素晴らしく、自然保護に情熱のある方でした。 　ホテルに車を停めて、真前のバス停から、自家用車乗り入れ禁止の千畳敷カール、駒ヶ岳まだ行けます。

眺めがいい窓

部屋から見える山の景色はとても綺麗でいい部屋だった。料理もブュッフェ式ですが大変美味しく朝、夜満足でした。ただ大浴場は湯船に浮かんだ虫やゴミを定期的に取った方いいです。２日とも気になりました。せっかくの露天風呂と大浴場がもったいなく残念でした。

全体的に高評価です。 ビュッフェについても料金に見合うだけの対価はあると思います。（とはいえホテル料金ではありますが。） サービスについてもビジネスホテル程度の期待値だったので特に不満はないのですが、3日間の滞在中に二組の常連（もしくは上位ルーム宿泊）のチェックイン/アウトに遭遇し、スタッフの対応及びその対応にかける人数のあまりの違いに格差を感じました。 ホテル側からすれば常連に対して違いを感じさせるのがホスピタリティ経営の最適解だとは思うのでなんとも言えません… 立地は千畳敷カールに向かう人にとってはかなりよいロケーションです。 バスの乗り場が菅の台バスセンターの一つ手前なので、行列に並ばずに済みます。 臨時バスは菅の台バスセンター止まりや始発だったりしますが歩いて10分もかからないのでその場の判断で臨機応変に対応できます。

温泉が気に入りました

静かな立地でアクセスも良く好印象です。 マイナス面は、空調が各部屋でコントロールできず、風呂のシャワーカーテンが少し匂う、部屋が裏側だったので眺望は全くなかった事です。 立地以外で良かったのは、温泉の雰囲気がとても良かったです、曜日的に客が少なく暗い雰囲気の大浴場を独り占めできて映画の一場面のようでした。
