The villa is decorated in a chic yet relaxed and elegant style for the most discerning guests. An outdoor heated pool and shaded gazebo offer a secluded lounge area during hot summer days and nights. The villa spreads on 200 sq meters of internal accommodation surrounded by a garden, two terraces with sitting furniture and sun-beds, outside fireplace, private entrance and parking spaces.

• Sun-filled kitchen area opening onto a large panoramic terrace - fitted with an outdoor dining table. The kitchen is equipped with quality steel appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and also features coffee machine, kettle and a toaster.
• The living area is elegantly decorated in soft neutral shades and tasteful antique furnishings. Modern amenities include air conditioning, a large plasma with satellite reception, computer and free wi-fi coverage throughout the villa.

Outside:
The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with barbecue. The highlight is the refreshing swimming pool, gazebo and relaxing lounge area with sunbeds, parachutes surrounded by an assortment of citrus trees and fragrant flowers that offer privacy and seclusion. Proximity to the road results in some noise from cars while sitting on the balcony or terrace, but having a luxury villa with swimming pool in such a convenient location more than makes up for it.
The swimming pool is heated, a fantastic treat in May and October when the temperate is cooler outside! We do not use the heating from 20th May - 20th September as outside temperature is hot enough to ensure the water is warm!). Please note that, although we can heat the water from November to April, because of the outside temperature, you should not expect the water to go over 22C.
